She and James came to the house to give me a quote. They showed up with masks on which was perfect considering what's going on with covid. Viewed what need to be done and gave me a quote at that time. I scheduled the clean out and they followed up with a text for the time. On the day of removal, I received a text letting me know they were on their way. They cleaned out the house exactly as I had asked wearing their masks the entire day. After the first haul, they texted me again to let me know when they were on the way back to finish our job. When they were done inside the house, Ashly swept out any loose debris and then she went out to the garage to help James. When they were done with the garage, that was also swept out. He basically hired people off the street "his crew" to do my job. One of them stole a very expensive plant that I told his foreman and all his crew not to touch. I asked Justin to refund some of the money I paid to him and all I got were excuses of why he can't take responsibility for his workers stealing my property.
