Anyway, I called at 10:20am and Ms. Cindy immediately started to work to make it right. She called the team (who includes her husband, a veteran). They were at another job but would immediately come to my apartment after to load my truck. They arrived at around 2:30pm with 5 men. They got right to work, came with tools to take apart my furniture, came with boxes/tape/wrap to further pack/secure furniture and valuables. In fact, they even swept out my truck before loading. They worked quickly and efficiently. My stuff was cared for very gently, I am not worried about anything breaking with the way they handled everything. They packed everything so tightly, secured it with straps, it didn't even end up filling the truck completely. But it is still secure. I am traveling cross country and writing this review after 1 day of travel, and so far nothing has not shifted. Genuinely cannot recommend them enough, even after that first issue with my time reservation. Wish I could've used them for the entire trip honestly.

I've been scared to death of this dead, tall, pine tree falling on my or any of my wonderful neighbors' homes the last few weeks. He was at my house in less than 20 mins after calling him for an estimate. Gave me honest thoughts, took his time explaining things to me, and quoted me an exponentially cheaper price than what I had received from other "tree guys." Quickly jumped on it and got my tree down today (morning after Christmas) in just enough time before the storm hit. Jesse was so precise on landing this tree perfectly, regardless of the obstacles around my back yard. I would recommend him a million times over.
