We tried to give Junk King a chance to explain themselves and make things right. They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

Enough about the job, his professional demeanor and communication was great, have tried numerous times to get work done using people that didn't return messages never showed up for either quote or work to be completed.
