My sons actually jumped in and helped them carry things, not because that was expected of them or because the job wasn't being done, but simply because sometimes it isn't just about paying for a service to be rendered--it's about being kind to people. My mom was so thrilled she asked if they would be able to move the heaviest armoire known to science down to the garage for her--and. They. Did. Seriously, how did they do that? Communication with the franchisee could have been better, though we learned that the day before our service, the franchise had been sold to another owner.
