Also, huge props to Tom, our hauler, who was our age - fortyfiftysomething, Army vet, who hauled all our junk out of our basement without help as his partner never showed. Army strong is not just a slogan. The Reverend of course helped out, but mostly it was Tom doing a hero's job. He was also prompt, friendly, courteous and very thorough. So why 4 stars? Communication with the franchisee could have been better, though we learned that the day before our service, the franchise had been sold to another owner. That may have been why, the last owner was what we call a "short-timer" in military parlance. We would absolutely use JDog again, not just because of their veteran-owned status, but because they provided a great service at a very reasonable price.
