Used to be a great service. Owner hired a guy who is very argumentative and I had to tell his crew to pack up with barely a third of the truck full. Verbal altercation with my neighbor where he kept threatening to physically assault my neighbor. Very unprofessional. Waste of $ and now in a bind to get my house emptied before closing. read more

Super happy with the great service from the two gentlemen who loaded our junk (we filled an entire truck). They were so careful not to damage our hardwood floors that were in the middle of refinishing. They moved stuff from the attic, the garage, the basement. It was quite a bit of work and they did it cheerfully. I was really happy to hear that everything doesn't go straight to a landfill. They do their best to donate or recycle the stuff they pick up. It's not a super cheap service but it was so worth it. So convenient. read more

I used this company for more junk removal. I needed to get a big appliance out of a small space. They were able to disassemble it and get it done. The problem is once you start it's hard to stop getting rid of things. But they took everything they could fit into the truck for me. They were very fast and showed up on time. Aaron and his team were very prompt, polite and efficient and got the job done! I was from out of town and called them the 'morning of' for a job that just had to be done that day- emptying two college house apartments full of old furniture and assorted junk. Aaron himself answered the phone and said he and his crew would meet us at 3 o'clock. When we arrived, they were already waiting for us and got right to work. They were attentive to our instructions and very careful when moving the furniture down 2 flights of stairs. At the end of the job, Aaron did a walk through with us to ensure nothing had been missed. The price was fair and reasonable and matched what had been quoted over the phone. They more than filled the truck but did not overcharge us (probably another company would have said they needed another half truck). They were cheaper than the "800 Got Junk" company.
