I told them that isn't fair because I paid you to clean the carpet and it's not clean! When I clean houses, and if somebody was to ever call me back and say my house isn't clean enough, I would definitely go back free of charge and go over anything that wasn't done right to their expectations! In order to keep a good reputation and get more repeat business I think it's only right to make the customer happy and I was totally disappointed with the quality of work and they weren't willing to come out and make it right.
