The young man who came to do the job was very nice and worked hard but I felt bad for him. We told the company we had bed bases that were heavy. He had no help, no ramp to the trunk and we had to help him get them out of the frame and out of the house. I cannot recommend this company. They set up a time from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. At 8:15 am I received a text saying the driver was on the way. When no one showed up by 10:15 am I tried texting but got no response. When I called the company they said they had called me and got no response. I had no record of any calls. They said some one would be there within an hour and half. When no one showed up I found another company, Just Junk who set up an appointment, and communicated with me. The experience wasn't a positive one with management not responding quickly with a quote price; while waiting with movers. So I chose to go with another junk moving group. This place is a scam. I was charged $400 to remove a queen sized bed and mattress. The employee was great but I was caught off guard by the pricing when he showed up. Also, who sends 1 guy to remove bulk? I had to help move half of it. SCAM!!! read more

Based on my interaction with this company I'm sure they are going to reply to this review with a bunch of excuses and admit no responsibility. 1) I set up a time for them to come and give me a quote and was given a 2 hour window for the next morning. 2) I was sent a text by them confirming the appointment and saying I could reply to the text with questions. I sent a text that night asking a question about the time of the appointment. 3) The morning of, 15 minutes after they missed the 2 hour window, I sent a text asking if they were coming. No reply so I called. 4) Their operations manager called back and said they didn't come because they tried to call the night before and couldn't reach me. 5) I told them I didn't get any voicemail and even if I did I wasn't told they needed to talk to me a 2nd time to confirm. He said I didn't "understand the junk industry" and that people often aren't there when they show up. 6) I asked if they saw my 2 texts and he said it was late when I sent it the night before and no one checked the texts in the morning. 7) He didn't like that I was upset (respectfully) and hung up on me. *there was a lot more said but I think this will give you a general idea of the tone.
