BEWARE!!! If there was an option to give zero stars I would do so. These guys are dirty and are not honorable business people. I ordered a small dumpster that was to be delivered on its first day between 9am and 11am. They came at 4pm so the work on my house could not move forward since it came so late. I lost one day of my contract. I asked to keep the dumpster for two more days, Thursday and Friday. I told Keegan, whom I assume is an owner, that I was not able to use it on the first paid day of my contract. Keegan reluctantly gave me a comp day and said they'd pick it up Friday. Keep in mind I'm paying TO USE IT ON Friday. They showed up unannounced at 6:30 AM on Friday (a day I'm paying for) to pick it up and charged me a $75.00 turn away fee because I hadn't arranged for them to be on the gate as of yet. Why would I?? I was going to use the dumpster today!! What am i going to do with a dumpster on a day that I paid for when they try to pick it up at 6:30 AM! When I said I'd refute the charge, Keegan laughed and said "go ahead and try it.. .it never works" which means... they have done this to others. I'm not sure who they've paid to write good reviews, but I'm pretty certain this is their general business practice. I've let my contractor know, who can't believe this either. He won't be doing business with these guys anymore either. Republic might be a bit more expensive, but you'll get what you paid for and they won't short you on your contracted days. read more

I can't recommend this company enough. I am in the middle of a home remodel and had a couple hauling companies come out and give me outrageous quotes and had me waiting for hours past our scheduled meeting time. Richard came out on time on 3 occasions on time and literally quoted me a quarter of the price the other junk removal companies did. Fast, efficient, and cheap! This business is awesome! We needed to find a reasonably priced dumpster rental in such a very short notice and found Junk Control on-line! What caught my eye was their webpage. So easy to read through and they pay attention to detail on what they have to offer. Communication was immediate. I called in the morning to see if I can rent one of their dumpsters, unfortunately everything was all taken, but he said there was another clients scheduled pick up same day in the afternoon and guess what I got the dumpster I wanted the SAME DAY! I was so relieved! If you want to rent one of their dumpsters, it comes in any size, we rented a long one (pretty good size for all the tree and bush debris we were throwing away) the price was worth it! Particularly I ran into Tio this morning, and he was first rate! I had an old CRT style TV, some wooden pallets, an old exercise machine, and even my old garage door opener mechanism - rails and all. Antioco was amazing. He called a half hour before arrival which allowed me time too wake up and get my day started. When he arrived I joked that I didn't have that much junk to have removed since he'd brought the truck with an extra trailer attached. He looked over everything and got right to work. I felt bad him moving all the furniture by himself. But he did an amazing job and even removed some trash from the yard which he didn't have too do. Will deffinatly recomend the services too anyone. I called Rich at Junk Control for a difficult trash removal job on top of a parking structure on the strip. It was a tricky job because the overhead clearance would not allow the normal roll off to be delivered. He sent 2 great guys out with the roll off on a trailer behind a pickup and they loaded for us and hauled 3 loads right away. Our client was happy and so were we. Highly recommend this company because they communicate well and come when they say they will which is a rarity in the trash business. Junk Control have been great to work with from start to finish. Was able to get a quote via text and got a response within half an hour, which was very convenient. Sent pictures of what I needed removed and set the appointment. Even though they came a couple of hours late, customer service as well as the guys who took care of the moving were polite and keep me updated as I waited for them to arrive. I did have a lot of cardboard to move, and was charged fairly for the extra work. Overall I'm so happy to have my garage as clean as they left it.
