I called the office and let them know what I wanted picked up. A king size mattress, an old pergola frame (disassembled), 10 cabinet doors, and some misc stuff (old vacuum, general trash too big for the bin). They asked me the rough size of the pergola frame and said that as long as there wasn't alot in the "misc stuff" category, that they could come grab everything for $175. I agreed and they were able to book me for same day pick up. Received a text confirmation with a 1 hour pick up window, then another text when they were on the way. I'd been putting off a much-needed clean-out of my 2-car garage for much too long, and also had some clutter in my front room and back yard that had become too heavy for me to clear on my own. I reached out to three different companies for bids, and while I actually liked the other two companies as well, Ken was quickest and friendliest in responding with both an estimate AND a gameplan to get the hob done. He was also willing to work with me to make sure I'd be able to do some sorting, since not everything in the garage was junk that needed to go. When the time came for my appointment, Ken and his guy were amazing. Moved quickly, making light work of some VERY heavy items. (Seriously, these guys live up to their name.) They were done far more quickly than I expected, and yet I never felt rushed when it came to deciding what to chuck and what to keep.
