I trusted this company to move my furniture only for my bedroom TV to be broken by them. At the end…read moreof the move, he charged me $450 to move my furniture. He didn't even mention to me one time that my tv was broken! He acted like it never happened. He refuses to accept accountability, refuses to make things whole and also refused to give me his insurance company's information in order for me to file a claim and let them make the decision who was liable. I highly doubt he even has business insurance and he is pretending to be a legitimate business. He offered me a free tv that he has in storage, which shows he knows he's liable, I declined because he didn't say how big the tv is, how long he's had it, or anything. I do not want a mystery tv. My tv was mounted on my wall, he stated that there were 4 bolts holding the tv up and two of them were stripped. That tv has hung on that wall for over 6 years with no issues. Even if two of the bolts were stripped, if he had been holding the tv correctly while unmounting it, it would not have fell. He also had 3 very young men working with him that were banging my furniture around with no regard to breaking anything. The truck was super small so he had to make two trips. He charges by the hour. For him to think that he can break someone's tv and not be liable only goes to show people think that they are smarter than they really are. And if he thinks he can break my tv, take my $450 and that's it......buckle up, buttercup.
