I'm renting a fixer upper and there was a ton of leftover trash from the previous people, I wanted to get it out of my yard ASAP to give my dog a safer place to roam. I decided to give these guys a shot and their service is amazing! They got back to me with a quote very quickly, and the price of $200 was worth the work they did considering there's no way I could have done it myself!! They gave me a big array of time slots so I scheduled them for 6 am, which fit my schedule nicely. I'm sure the driver would have been on time in any other case but I live in a bit of a weird, remote area so he didn't find my house until 6:30 am with my directions. The pictures I sent for the quote were not clear (camera issues) and when they came I was given a cheaper price then I was originally quoted. These guys are honest and professional. They not only hauled away things that needed to go but they also downsized some of our things, organized our stuff, swept our entire garage and moved an exercise bike for us from inside the house to the garage. Well I can't say enough good things about Junk Grabberz! First of all I priced three other businesses, and they came in much lower in price! Owned by two brothers that are very pleasant, very courteous, very professional, and very efficient with their services! We needed to get rid of a lot of stuff in our home before our move this week, and they made that process stress free! If anyone needs to get rid of a lot before a move, downsizing, or old stuff this is the way to go! Their customer service is outstanding, and they responded quickly from the first appointment to the last one next week. Much easier and quicker than having the local trash company coming for large item pickups for only four pickups only once a week. I realize that local trash company large item pickup is free, but it takes much longer, and multiple trips to clear out what we needed to clear out before our move. I'm very sad that I have to leave a bad review. I called Junk Grabberz about 10 days ago to have them come remove a sofa for me. My hubby and I didn't think we could get it out the front door. So, I called and spoke to Omar. He was SO kind, polite and professional. We scheduled an appt for last Friday, 4/29. We waited all day. No one showed, no one called. Well, on the plus side, I saved over $100 and discovered that myself and the hubs are stronger than we thought. We got it outside ourselves and CR&R hauled it away for free. It's a shame, because Omar is such a nice guy. He's the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars. But sorry, I can't recommend this company. I am upgrading this review to 4 stars because of Omar's response.
