I clarified the scope of work by sending photos of the items as well as the steep driveway conditions to access my house. I also indicated that some of the furniture items were heavy. With this detail Manny provided a firm quote. When arriving he expertly backed up my steep driveways and loaded items in his trailer. He confirmed an arrival time and was on site as indicated. First of all, I called Junk Dawgs first, but they were too busy to answer my three phone calls. Manny picked up right away. He also called me the night before to confirm. He said he could give me an estimate when he arrived in the morning. Manny and his son were prompt, 8:55 for a 9:00 appointment on a Wednesday morning. I had set out everything for pickup on my driveway the previous night. He assessed the job quickly and gave me a fair estimate. I watched as he and his son moved a dresser and various items of junk (including old lumber and a computer CPU) into a trailer. They were done in about 20 minutes. They swept up the driveway, I paid him in cash, he gave me change, and he left me his business card. They were very quick and professional.
