I used their online appointment scheduling, and it was very convenient. I chose a 2-hour window for a few days later, although they did seem to have availability sooner than that. I used Junk Holler to get rid of about 8 cubic yards of junk (books, tables, trash bags, misc stuff) out of my garage. I called and they fit me in the very next day. Two guys showed up the next morning and loaded up the junk quickly and efficiently. They were very professional. The two guys that showed up at our office were so great. Very kind and understanding, polite, and very efficient. I was quoted that their arrival would be between noon and 3pm. They showed up at 11:30am. I can't say that would always be the case because of the type of business but I like to get things done sooner than later. It also just so happen to be the time that I wanted to take my lunch. They said if you show us what needs to be done we can work on it while you go grab something to eat and I felt very comfortable to do that and very pleased as it was definitely time for me to get some food in me. I gave them my cell phone number and said to call me if they have any questions or need anything. The one guy text me a picture of some cables that were plugged in and keeping him from removing a large item I asked to be taken. I just thought that was so considerate as I work with a team of engineers and unplugging something could be disastrous. I gave him the go-ahead. They loaded a full truck in an hour. The major things I needed removed among many other things were 4 office desks, a refrigerator, and several old cubicle walls. Another nice thing they did for me, since I was anxious to leave for lunch, was empty one of the desks of all the random crap that was in it. I told him since the desks were still stacked and crammed in the room I had not been able to do it myself. He was very kind when he said he would be more than happy to do that for me. I was very pleased with the two gentleman, the business, the price, and the fact that my office now is rid of all the junk that I desperately wanted out.
