I found Move Gurus through a Google search. We needed a company to load our furniture into portable storage units, and then return just over a week later to unload and place our belongings in our new home. I called the office, asked a handful of questions, took a deep breath, and then booked our move. And the result? Excellent service, professionalism, and communication, all the way around! The office staff worked around us and our need to change our scheduling, even at the last minute. The moving team show up at the appointed time (both times), and didn't waste any time in either the loading or unloading process, while using the utmost care in handling the contents of our home. When the two Scotts arrived to our daughter's apartment, they were prompt friendly and ready to work. They smiled the entire time they moved boxes, totes and furniture. Loved that they were prompt and came with equipment ready to pack us into our uhaul. Everything was placed strategically. Our trip was 8 hours, when I opened the back of the Uhaul, none of my items were broken or had fallen over! If you need packers I would recommend booking their services. read more
