He was a nice guy, but we couldn't communicate and ended up having to call a friend to translate things he was asking/telling me. About a week after he was here, my yard was filling with water from the tank again. I called Potty Time. They said they couldn't do anything and that I should call a plumber or septic service specialist. I called Pony Express. Man, oh, man! I wish I had called them first. Anthony was fantastic! He came out promptly, found that the filter wasn't cleaned and the solids hadn't been removed. He fixed everything at an insanely generous price. I will never call anyone else and, if you're wise. Wish I checked Yelp Prior to contacting this Five Star. I won't go into details except to say ... please avoid these people, they are not trustworthy or honest. If you choose to hire them, you may "pay the price" in extra phony hours billed, extra materials billed etc. Like a dishonest car dealership, they give you and INSANE bill at the end of the joy, then try to get you to negotiate a lower number. If you don't go along with their game, they may go to your electrical circuit breaker box and kill power to your house like some kind of gangsters. They cut power to our 20x20 space, killing electricity to the hot water in our house, cutting power to our refrigerator, our lights, garage door, and irrigation system by removing the breakers - yes taking our breakers with them when they left. We were closer to calling the police, than our lawyer. By the next day, we called both the police AND our lawyer. These people are dishonest and unscrupulous. YMMV, but I doubt it.
