Saturday morning they said it would be $300 to get the car and $25/day for each day after that, however they aren't open on weekends. Went to get the car on Monday and the price went up to $653! They said you either pay $400 and hand over the title to them and they sell the car for scrap (so they are making a lot of money off of your car), or pay $653 to take the car off their lot. If you don't pay, they put a lien on your license. Beware of this company because they will hold your vehicle hostage and rip you off!!

Imagine one day you get the worst phone call that you could possibly get. You're one and only…read morechild, your 20 year-old son was in a horrific motorcycle accident that took his life. This can't be real, but it is. And you do everything you can to just stay alive, to stay sane, to process any parts that you can. You breathe in and you breathe out, that's almost all you can muster right now. Now imagine you wake up five days in, you have to go to the funeral home and sign all the necessary papers needed to proceed with what comes next. It's heartbreaking, it's confusing and it just feels wrong. But this is what it is and you have to continue on. And you do it, you do what needs to be done. Afterwards you go back to your empty house and collapse. You need a minute, you have to catch your breath. But there's a knock at the door. You open to see the mail carrier holding a certified letter that you have to sign for. You have no idea what it could be, so you open it and this is what you see... 5 days. It's been five days since my son died. I still haven't gotten the police report. I still haven't gotten the death certificate or medical exams. I'm still in the process of notifying everyone. But the tow company that retrieved my son's broken bike while his broken body was being taken away, has now put a lien on that bike? How can this be real? How can this be acceptable? How can a company operate in such a way as to take advantage of people in this situation. How can there be such a lack of grace? It's an absence of morals. It's a money hungry, get what you can no matter the circumstances way to do business. Frantz's Towing... you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope that your lack of compassion is seen across all areas that you operate in.
