I order one dumpster for a back yard cleanup which included trash and dirt, Jon recommended two dumpsters, one for the trash and one for the dirt. He gave me a good deal on two dumpsters. The problem was he failed to mention not to fill the dirt dumpster so much because of the weight limit. When he came to pickup the filled dumpster that's when he informed us on the weight limit. He brought another dumpster to transom of the dirt and he and the guys transferred dirt from one dumpster to the other. He said it was enough so the guys stopped. He also said if it was over, he'd dump some dirt out and come back for it. I thought that was fair and paid him in full (my mistake). Jon did dump some dirt out but never returned for it as agreed on. Now I have to find a way of getting that dirt removed to avoid a HOA penalty/fine. Do not pay in full until the job is completed as Jon is not a man of his word.
