I contacted Junk Racer for a quote to remove several furniture items from my mother's apartment. I emailed back and forth a few times with Shane to get an estimate ( I emailed pictures of all the items). I was always emailed quickly and provided an estimate. The estimate was less than other companies I had contacted. I set a date and time for pickup. I received a call that morning that pickup would be delayed by a short time, but they ended up coming earlier anyway. The two men that came to pick up the items were so nice and very quick. I was worried after they actually saw the items, the price might be different from the quote, but I wasn't charged a penny more. Honestly, there is not much to say: they were exactly what i could have hoped for. Professional yet friendly, punctual, very efficient yet clean, reasonably priced. Called in advance, came in, surveyed the job, cleaned it up, swept the driveway, and off they went. I interacted with Shane via yelp chat and they were very helpful! Not only did Shane give me a good quote based on the estimated job, he also gave me some guidance on how to dispose of paint (since Junk Racer couldn't do that for me, which is reasonable).
