They hit the sweet spot between "fast" and "careful." I have worked with several moving companies in the last 20 years, and the Phil/Dustin team of Junk Recyclers are not only the best, they are the best value--the final cost for us was less than the estimate, and the estimate was quite fair. I called this company to pick up my empty moving boxes after calling other companies, I spoke with Phillip. There was no "we have to come out and assess what you have and then if you agree with the price we can do the job as so many others wanted to do. I do not have time for that. I told Phillip what we had and he gave me a price on the phone. I was extremely happy that they recycle, very important to me. With just transferring here and so, so many other things being a hassle when you first move, this was the easiest, no BS transaction I've had. And the people that came out were very nice and accommodating. When I spoke with Philip he told me about their "Regeneration Station" store. I looked it up and was so impressed, I can't wait to get out there. I hired Junk Recyclers to remove my old Hot Springs six person hot tub, which could not be taken off the deck in one piece. The tub weighed 800 lbs. dry and I live on the side of a mountain. Dustin and Jake came out and immediately went to work. They used a chain saw to cut the tub in half. Then they had to move those pieces over the railing and down a steep embankment to their truck. This was a precarious job that demanded both strength and agility. They handled it with ease. I highly recommend this company for any junk removal, especially a hot tub. I've never written a review before, but yesterday Jacob and Alex delivered my new dining room table from the Regeneration Station and they were such amazing guys! We just moved here, and I've been getting all kinds of stuff delivered but these guys were two steps above the rest. They called ahead of time and arrived exactly when they were scheduled to arrive. I had a heavy table that needed to be moved down some precarious irregular stairs with all kinds of obstacles in the way, and I didn't even have to ask these guys to move it! (In fact, I wasn't even going to ask them, as I figured it was too much to ask), but they offered to move it and did a very good job at that. They were really nice guys. I can't be more grateful to these gentlemen for coming all the way up hwy 9, 3.028 feet up a mountain to pick up my love seat foldout. It was between rainy spells of Alberto's slow moving system and luckily found a break in the rain to make it this way. It wasn't only that but also the fact that it was already discounted and I was a few short mistakenly and said I could mail it to them in which case they graciously declined and said no worries. I reached out about a pick-up for a VERY bulky mattress, box springs, bed frame, and couple of boxes of books. I had a response in less than 24 hours. Coordinating my pick-up was SO easy via text. I was given the time frame of 9:00-10:00am before my pick-up date. On my pick-up date, I received a phone call from Phil at 9:01am telling me he was less than 10 minutes away. When Holly and Phil arrived, they were kind, efficient, and professional--demanding that I not lift a finger! By 9:17am, my items were off to their final resting place. Junk Recyclers was the only company that would commit to a price without first making an on-site visit (which I didn't have time for and didn't think should be necessary for this small job). Great service. I never met anyone in person since I arranged my junk pickup from another state. I got four or five quotes total from other services and Junk Recyclers beat the lowest one by 10%, and they were able to squeeze my pickup in that same day. I arranged the pickup and payment with Phil, who was friendly and prompt. I believe it was Darryl who physically went to the location to get the stuff, and he was great as well. Yesterday, a very rainy day, Colten and Jacob came to my house and did a great job taking away a lot of garbage and items that could be repurposed from two buildings and my barn.
