They dropped off the dumpster at the scheduled time and placed it exactly where I needed it. The drive who delivered the dumpster was extremely polite and showed me how to open and close the dumpster doors. I didn't need the dumpster for the full seven days so once I was done, I called the office to schedule the pickup. They came out the same day to pick it up and again, the driver was extremely polite. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish and I'll definitely use their services again when/if the need arises.

I realize this is a tough business and don't see how anyone can make a living at 4 pick ups of trash a month for $25 when you have employees, (well sorta if you don't count the ones that are lazy, drunk, late, or don't show up), truck maintenance, dump fees, office staff, etc. etc. But, unfortunately, as a property manager, we can't deal with our tenants calling every week about missed trash pickups and incorrect billings. The last straw was hauling 6 tenants trash to the dump after 3 weeks of no pick up. So we are done with Kleen Way, and better off because of it.
