I was probably a little indecisive and asked them to move my rug to different spots a few times, but they happily accommodated every request without ever seeming annoyed. The biggest issue, though, was the lack of urgency and professionalism once they arrived. You're paying by the hour, and Michael spent what felt like the majority of the move scrolling on his phone between nearly every box he moved. He didn't introduce himself when he arrived. He flung our stuff around with ZERO care. To make matters worse, we eventually realized that Michael was the person in charge!? Herberto, on the other hand, was a hustler. Then, in the middle of the move, they took an HOUR-LONG break without communicating anything to us. Conveniently, that hour was still included on the bill until we caught it and called them out on it. Watch your bill carefully. I just moved this weekend from West Nashville to Franklin and these guys could not have done a better job. The quote process was quick and easy. They are super responsive and communicate well. Move time was noon on Saturday. I received a text from them around 11:40am saying running a few behind but would be there by 12:15pm or so. Once they showed it was a breeze! Huge truck and 5 guys, they had my 2 bed/2 bath apartment loaded into that truck in less than 30 minutes. I think the drive to the new place was longer than the load time. Again, super quick unload and they were all so kind, and very careful with your items. 3 hour minimum so I ended up paying for longer than what they worked, but that is moving company standards, and I've done that with just about every move I've ever done. Kudos to Jonathan and his team. Thank you for making a stressful process a little less stressful!

They moved a heavy cast iron tub for me from my garage to the master bathroom. They were organized…read moreand professional. I thought they had done a good job and left them a great review. However, after they left I found several issues. They dragged the tub through a tight turn, which left a mark and gouge on my hardwood floor. This also chipped the porcelain on the tub rim. I told them the tub had to be on its side to go through the bathroom door. They tried it the other way and gouged the door casing on both sides. At some point, they chipped the porcelain on the base. The owner was apologetic and promised to send someone to look at the damage. No one ever called. I fixed the chips, scratches, and gouges myself. They charged $500 for this project and kept telling me what a favor they were doing me by not charging more.

This time, moving the same amount of belongings (just from a 1st floor to a 3rd floor, across town), everything fell apart. I paid for 3 movers plus a full kitchen pack. The crew arrived without packing supplies and said they didn't know packing was part of the job. They also didn't know the destination had stairs. From there, it derailed. Despite paying for three men, one walked off and another sat in the truck for over an hour, leaving me and a single crew member to pack and stage a majority of the load. Meanwhile, the driver spent about 90 minutes of his shift meandering around looking busy while complaining to the crew -- in front of me, in my own home -- about how this "wasn't what he was told," repeating things like "who books a packing job in the afternoon." When I finally told him not to worry about the stairs since I'd move everything to a first-floor storage unit instead, he got defensive, asked if I was saying he wasn't working, grabbed his toolbox, said he didn't have to work for me, and stormed out -- leaving me, a single woman, in a tense standoff with three strangers in my kitchen. I manage properties for a large multifamily company and will not be recommending this mover to residents, friends, or in any move-in materials. I've done six cross-country moves and countless local ones -- I know how this works, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I ended up hiring a second company because I no longer trusted this crew on the stairs. The cherry on top was when payment time arrived and they tried to charge me for a fourth crew member when I didn't authorize that, had no clue they were even sending another person--and yet tried to charge me for that! Frankly, I should've only been charged for a two person crew when in reality I barely had that! So disappointing in every way, especially the final billing. It stings even more when I now have to pay for NEW movers to finish the job THEY started! Horrible experience.
