I was told the move would take around 5 hours, but after 8 hours they were only about 40% finished. It was clear they were unprepared, disorganized, and not working with any real urgency or professionalism. The biggest issue was the damage they caused to my furniture: * My $1,200 dining table was ruined because their employee used the wrong screws and drilled straight through the tabletop during assembly. I was helping hold the table while he worked, trusting he knew what he was doing, and the damage happened because of his mistake. * My $2,000 white couch was handled with no protective covering at all. It's basic moving practice to wrap white furniture, yet they didn't, and now it's stained and damaged. They also did not complete the move we originally agreed on. I hired them to move my entire home, and they left a large portion unfinished due to how slow and inefficient they were. To make matters worse, the owner went online and posted my personal information and address, which is completely unprofessional and a violation of my privacy. I now have thousands of dollars in damaged furniture and a huge headache because this company refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. If you care about your belongings and your peace of mind, do not hire this company.
