So over the last several years I've contemplated vacating a storage facility I had. Last week I finally began the process of cleaning it out. This was going to be a 2-3 month process. After a recommendation from a friend and seeing all of the great reviews online, I decided to give Matteo from JunkTrashOut.com a call for help cleaning out my basement after my hot water heater decided to let go. Not only were Matteo and his employees extremely professional, they did an amazing job with the DEMO AND CLEANUP!!! He was on time for our appointment and although I was not expecting him to do the demo work, he gladly jumped in and started knocking it out. I needed to have a house cleaned out and it was becoming overwhelming and taking longer than expected, so I googled "dumpsters" and THANK GOD somehow Matteo's business "Junk Trash Out" appeared. To my great surprise and delight, I learned that Matteo's prices not only included the dumpster, but also at least 2 men to carry the items out of the house, break them down if necessary, and put them in the dumpster! We had a close relative pass and my sister and I were tasked with getting the house cleaned out and getting it ready to be sold. I contacted JunkTrashOut to cleanout a garage and partial basement. I spoke to Matteo and from the first call he was great!! If I could give Matteo and his team 10 stars, I would. I was in a real time crunch on removing the contents on my 8700 sq foot house, as our closing date was moved up unexpectedly. I called Matteo on Friday 1/25/2019 and he can same day to throw out trash from a house that I am selling (real estate agent). It needed two 20 yard dumpster Matteo and his colleague quickly loaded the first 20 yds went to the closest dump and came back within 20 minutes to load the second load. It took about two hours to do both runs and it was $575 per load exactly how it was written. Others quoted me $780 for 15 cubic yards. I will be calling Matteo again when the property sells to get rid of the rest of the furniture and just stuff. People if you have hoarded, are moving and need to junk the stuff call this company because it will save you a ton of money and time and headache. Matteo saved the day! We needed a dumpster the same day, and he came through immediately. He was responsive, attentive, and had a 20-yard dumpster delivered within an hour. It even had wheels, so it didn't damage my in-laws' driveway--huge plus! The price was exactly what he quoted--no hidden fees at all. What really stood out was the flexibility. We weren't sure what size we needed, so he brought the 20-yard dumpster, but since we only filled about 3/4 of it, we were only charged for 15 yards. Amazing service!! My mother had a small couch she needed taken from her home because she ordered a new one. For the past few weeks we've been trying to call everybody even the garbage men for special pickup. Can you imagine how much "stuff" you have in a full basement after 34 years. Well, I didn't know where to turn. It was overwhelming to have to empty out the basement before our vacation home was being sold. I found JUNKTRASHOUT.COM online. Matteo dumpster attached to his truck was awesome. I called him and he showed up a couple of hours after. I was getting rid of construction debris and needed between a 5yd and 10 yd dumpster. Matteo helped me load all of the debris into the dumpster and his packing skills were really good. If I were loading it myself I would've easily needed more than a 5yd dumpster. My wife was concerned when he was backing up onto our recently paved driveway, but there was no problem as the dumpster never even touched the driveway!!
