Contacted James through yelp to get a hot tub removed. He responded with a reasonable quote and a video showing his last hot tub removal. The video was actually really informative and showed that he really knew what he was doing. When he came by we added a few other things we wanted hauled away. He had no problem with that and gave us a fair price for the extra stuff as well. We didn't drain the hot tub ahead of time but if we would have he would have taken everything on the spot right then and there. Throughout the whole process he's was professional and courteous.
