They don't tell you when you hire them. They just keep loading their truck and coming back for more but you find out at the end that they charge you anywhere between 500 and1500 bucks a truckload make sure you're clear on the prices before you do any business with them. They hold away all the stuff. It was a Tennant skip out so there was a lot of stuff that was bulky like beds sofas, and they did take it but boy they charge for it so I suppose anybody would but just make sure you know what you're getting into if you're on a budget read more

I wish I could have experienced the service that everyone raves about. I called and was given a quote of $244 on my description of the job. Which working for a contractor myself for many years was a fair description of the quantity of work that needed to be done. They said they would be be by the next day. Cool. The next day a guy called me and told me that they don't give quotes over the phone. I told them that I was already given a quote of $244. They told me that they don't give quotes and they have to see the job. They also asked what kind of tools they would need for the job. I told them shovels and a wheelbarrow. So they came over and looked at the job and said they will do it for $344. $100 more than the original quote. I asked if they could come down on the price they said they would have to ask their boss and get tools to do the job. What? Why did you ask me what tools you needed to do the job on the phone if you weren't going to bring them with you? I told them no thanks I'll just do it myself. I wish I was given a more accurate price to begin with. I wasted a day waiting for these guys instead of finding someone who will do the job. read more

These people are superb. I don't know what else I can say? I called them and asked for their biggest bin, don't remember if they had multiple sizes or not but they delivered the next day. There's a list of stuff on the side of what you can't put in there. You can fit an awful lot in the bin and when full call them again and they'll pick it up the next day. However they did a great job of communicating what was happening, (they blew a tire and had to wait for a tow truck to fix it), and when they did finally get to us the two young men were very apologetic, very professional and they were hard workers. Due to the horrible monsoon winds, my mom had a palm tree fall in her front yard last week. It was too heavy for us to move even after removing the frawns. We have used junk man I'm the past and they have ways given 5/5 incredible service. We decided to call and ask if they could remove a 10 foot palm tree trunk from our yard and they were so accommodating and nice and did it for a decent price as well. Serg and Ross came out today and took the tree trunk away. They were not only early but were very friendly and had smiles on their faces while lifting the heavy monstrosity onto the truck. They said they had to return later with a different truck. They came back later that day and took everything. As I start to mature (even more!), I get a little crankier and seem to have higher expectations about things, and usually I am seriously disappointed. BUT, NOT SO with the Junkman. This company delivers what it promises. I rented the 4 yard "mini" dumpster. They accommodated my request to bring plywood down to protect my paver driveway from the dumpster's rollers. When I thought I was going to need an extra day, they said "no problem!" Turns out I was done in less than five days, so they then said "no problem" to picking it up early. The office manager "Marisol" is very cordial and accommodating, as well. She was quick to respond to emails and kept great communication going. And those concerned about price: I found it very reasonably priced! Nice to know Vegas has a service as fine as these folks available to us.
