Just a fantastic experience with this team!! I wished I would have known about them roughly 6 months back!! I had no clue what I was going to do with my 2007 Civic which was just sitting in front of my home with nowhere to go. The car's engine was running really rough and I had to replace the starter but after a time the battery went bad and no longer able to start. After some unforeseen circumstances in my life, I simply parked it and almost a year later, while still keeping up with insurance and registration, I decided to just give it up since I am in the process of moving out of state with family. Well, I called Junk Yard dog, Karl answered and showed huge interest in helping me get rid of this grief. I called at roughly 8am and by 11a-noon, Karl squeezed me into his schedule. By 2PM or so a flat bed was at my home ready to help. The whole process was SMOOOOTH! Hermes (driver) came in, inspected the vehicle, communicated how things worked, took care of all the paper work and by 3PM that junk was out of my hands! I was also compensated extremely well considering the condition of the car and I felt really good once all was completed. Honest, Friendly, Great Customer Service, Paid To Dollar.... Super Fast Responses are the words that come to mind when I think of Junkyard Dog!!! After giving uo on selling my car even for parts on Craigs list & Let-it-go I started searching the web for people that buy used cars junk cars and submitted a web post to Junkyard Dog after midnight and by 9:30 the next morning Karl had already responded to me by phone call and text I called him back and was given a quote and told him I would need to have to get back to them a week later after getting many quotes even from places that people told me paid top dollar I found that junkyard dogs motto that they paid top dollar was true as their offer was anywhere between 50 and $75 more than anybody else I got a quote from I called Karl back he honored his original quote I told him I was getting ready to go to work and had to leave within an hour expecting him to schedule another day to pick it up but he had Huston there within an hour to get it Houston was friendly and efficient and took care of the paperwork all up front so I can get ready and leave for work without worrying about the car by the time I left for work the car was gone From the moment I spoke to Carl until the end when I close with Huston I could not have asked for better customer service and efficiency and I would recommend them to anybody that asks me where to sell a car. I had the best possible experience I could have had. Karl was very kind on the phone and in person. He made what was a difficult transition for me very smooth and even easy. Any woman needing to turn her car over to a salvage company really needs to call Junk Yard Dog. What people don't understand is that dealing with cars in any capacity....buying, repairing, salvaging....can be difficult for woman because of the treatment they experience at many of these services. This is not the case with this company.
