I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. Beware of Alpha Carwash (Pines & Palm and Grand Palm Hotel location)…read moreI took my recently purchased car (which is not driven frequently) to Alpha Carwash, after removing the seat covers for the first time, inorder to get a more thorough interior clean my way, since it was a 2nd hand car. So the car wasn't filthy, it just had some area's that i wanted cleaned. Mark you, I bought the car to them to show exactly what I wanted done. I specifically requested a detail in these areas- vacuum faux leather seats, clean the vents, seatbelt buckles, cupholders, and storage pockets--no exterior wash or floor vacuuming. I was quoted $100. When I called to schedule, I was told to meet at a different location (Grand Palm Hotel) and was suddenly quoted $120. After reminding him of the original price, he agreed to do it for $100 if I came to that location. I reiterated numerous times, no exterior wash. After 2 hours, not only did they wash the exterior and tires (which I didn't want), but several of the specific interior areas I asked to be cleaned were either missed or poorly done. Kevin came on scene and he even stepped in and redid some parts himself. At the end, they charged me $107 with tax, and I added a tip, bringing the total to $130. The next day, while putting my seat covers back on, I found multiple (specific) spots untouched/missed. (Pics uploaded) I shared videos and photos and asked for a partial or full refund. Instead, I was told to bring the car back. I explained that I don't have time for another visit and that the service should've been done right the first time, so i wouldn't have to return to get it done better. The response, no refunds, only rework. To make matters worse, I was told the car was "dirty," No, those specific areas were dirty that's why i wanted a detail clean in those specific areas. He also never apologized for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place. They blame the customer and take no accountability. Why would I want to return. I went home and cleaned it myself with products from Amazon.

I purchased an auto detailing as a gift for a friend's 5-series and I asked for the full works. I called them on a Saturday afternoon requesting the work for the following afternoon. Unfortunately on Sundays they don't work a full shift, so they were only able to come in the morning and since it could take 2-3 hours, they can't come very late. Completely understandable so you might have better luck on time slots if you order for Saturday or the weekdays. I was trying to have them start at 11 AM but the latest they could do was 10 AM. I was able to negotiate a 10:30 AM appointment time. I paid over the phone in advance so as to not have the detailer go through that hassle the next day, and gave them my contact information. The next day they called me at 9:45 AM to inform me that the detailer is running late and if 11 AM is okay with me. It was fine with me because I had actually requested that time to begin with, but I appreciated being notified in advance. They got points there. The detailer assigned to me was Armando, and he did an excellent job with the vehicle. It was a very hot day but that did not detract from his work. When he was done with the car, it looked as if it had just come off the lot. I don't know how many detailers they have, but if you're able to request him, I highly recommend it. He was nice, did an excellent job, and worked at a good pace. I came out a couple of times to check on him and give him some cold water (he brought his own but just being a good host) and he was always working on the car. There was not one inch of that car left untouched when he was done with it. Later that day I had to run some errands and I felt bad getting in the car! When he was done with the car, I inspected it, he gave me some car maintenance tips as to when I should consider getting a full detail again, shook hands, gave him his tip, and off he went. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I would recommend these guys. The communication was good and I did not regret paying for the work.

I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

I placed an inquiry on Yelp! Last night for detailers for the next day... today! Most were not available today. Technically sudshine want either... but I told each... emergency. Need someone Tuesday. Sudshine agreed to fit me in at the end of their day today. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my minivan in about 1.5 hours. I recognized their products... one of my neighbors uses them. They use good products to make your vehicle shine, top to bottom, wheels and all. I especially like a clean steering wheel... which they left me with. Highly recommend! Ambitious business owners!
