I bought materials from PVC Fencing for a simple 70-foot-long PVC fence around my pool area. I got…read morea text from PVC the morning of the delivery of the materials, asking me how many post reinforcements I needed. I said you are the fence company, so you tell me, but I had to rely on the installer for such guidance. I got the delivery from PVC the next day but the two gates that I had expected to be 3 foot wide were 5 foot wide. I called them and told them I only needed a gate width for just one person to pass, not a car. In response they fabricated two 3-foot-wide gates for me. But they could not deliver them in a timely manner and would not give me the 3-foot gates until I returned the 5-foot-wide gates. So, I had to take the take the two 5-foot gates back to PVC in the back seat of my convertible which was an inconvenience and was not entirely safe. Concurrently the installer discovered that we needed more fence material which caused me additional cost. Then on the day of installation we discovered we still needed even more fence material, so I needed to make another trip to PVC and pay more money. The incompetence at PVC caused me the inconvenience of these two unnecessary trips as well as the additional cost. All of this could have been avoided if PVC provided the right materials from the start. You would think that this would be child's play for a company that does this on a daily basis. In all this PVC did not apologize or offer to compensate me in any way for these screw ups on their part. As a result, and in summary, I was not happy with this PVC Fencing experience. I will not hire them again and I would also not recommend them as a source for fencing material.

I was really impressed with Jorge - so sincere and kind. I asked if he could match a lower quote i'd received, but understandably, he couldn't. unfortunately, I decided to go with the cheaper guy...and it ended up being one nightmare after another - in the end, it cost me even more than J Garcia's quote! It was a total mess....I REALLY regretted not hiring Jorge!!! Fast forward to 2025 - i needed to remove a wood fence and rebuild a new one on the other side of my house. I called J Garcia. James, the sales guy, came out and spent a lot of time analyzing what i needed. I was so impressed with his technical fence knowledge and attention to detail ...and he was just as kind and sincere as I'd remembered Jorge being. he even said they would fix the failing gate that the cheaper fence guy built in 2021! I hired them without even getting another quote! Jorge's kindness clearly permeates his entire company: Their permit manager, Kathy, is so helpful and resourceful and has a vast knowledge of the permitting process. George, the project manager, was there every step of the way, and when we encountered a minor hiccup, he addressed it immediately with professionalism and patience. Pedro, the installer was amazingly meticulous and precise -- truly a master craftsman! Oscar, Roberta and the whole team have amazing follow up. And James (sales) was available throughout the install to answer any questions. I've already referred J Garcia to two different neighbors, who seem to be just as impressed. I discovered JC Iron Ornamental Works when riding around an area of East Boca Raton which is…read moreexperiencing construction of a lot of new modern homes. There was one home with balcony railings being installed, I stopped and walked up to the technician and asked him if I could look closer at the railings. He said sure, and then I walked into this strikingly modern home, only to discover a wonderful aluminum and glass staircase leading to the second floor. Both the balcony railings and staircase structure were custom made by JC Iron Ornamental. Beautiful craftsmanship is an understatement. I made contact with the company's owner, Juan Carlos, who willingly made an appointment to visit our home in East Boca Raton from his workshop in West Palm Beach. At that time, I was considering adding a spiral staircase leading to the flat roof of our house to create a roof terrace. Juan Carlos prepared a proposal and provided technical information how the flat roof would need to be supported to receive the spiral staircase, as well as information I was not aware of - the need for a railing around the entire flat roof. After much consideration, that project was scrapped. We returned to JC when we made a final decision to have custom aluminum gates and fencing created for our new circular driveway. He came out to the property again to review the scope of the project and to take his own measurements, even though we already had an approved architectural drawing of the site. We visited his workshop again to select the color of the powder coated paint which would be baked over the aluminum. He met his operations manager, Diego V., who has provided efficient support throughout the project. We also visited after the gates and fencing were manufactured to see them in their raw state, while being welded with blow torches, before buffing, which precedes the powder coating. Each time, we were impressed with the efficiency of the operation and the chemistry between all of the shop workers. I should note that we gave JC photos of other gates and fences we had seen and said "we want something like this" and his design emulated what we liked, but elevated it to the next level. The fencing and gates are are strong and handsome looking looking, if I can use those terms. The powder coating job is outstanding, as well as all of the welding, the joining of pieces is seamless. The gates and fencing were expertly installed, Juan Carlos personally working the installation, along with his crew. And it was a typical South Florida day, with a heat index with humidity making it feel like 106! The guys didn't miss a beat and their commitment to professionalism is evident in the final product. If you need anything created in metal, this is the company to use. Juan Carlos takes pride in his design and manufacturing, and works at each major installation to ensure perfection.
