The store is always clean and well-organized, and if you're just browsing and don't need help the staff will leave you alone to shop - no annoying, overly aggressive sales people. I love that they've added in Jeff's Guy Shop too, so my boyfriend is less annoyed with my shopping. It is a bit pricey though. It's also in a great location right downtown, so you can stop in on your way down to, or back from, the lake. I stop by Joelle's every time I visit my parents in Burlington in summer.

When I showed an interest in some clothes I was asked I wanted to go to the fitting rooms to try on the clothes I had selected. My husband has a disability and was on his scooter. He was made to feel welcome as well and was invited to wait in the dressing room area for his comfort. The sales people who helped us were amazing and so helpful. Mary was so helpful in gathering together out fits for me to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. She was honest in her appraisal of what I tried on which helped me make my decision. Another sales person was helpful as well but I failed to get her name.
