When I showed an interest in some clothes I was asked I wanted to go to the fitting rooms to try on the clothes I had selected. My husband has a disability and was on his scooter. He was made to feel welcome as well and was invited to wait in the dressing room area for his comfort. The sales people who helped us were amazing and so helpful. Mary was so helpful in gathering together out fits for me to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. She was honest in her appraisal of what I tried on which helped me make my decision. Another sales person was helpful as well but I failed to get her name. Nothing is really outstanding, but it's not terrible either. The staff here is somewhat aloof. Occasionally someone will deign to help you find what you're looking for, but mostly they ignore you. Watch for sales -- they're usually pretty good. And the price can be adjusted for two weeks after your purchase, so keep an eye on the sales after you buy.

All of my items were in excellent condition and from well-known name brands. The manager told me they were declined because they had gone out of style. I find that difficult to believe, especially after looking around the store and seeing clothing that appeared to be older in style than the items I brought in. Based on what I observed, the explanation I was given did not seem consistent with the merchandise currently being sold. While that was disappointing, I understand that resale stores have their own buying criteria. The bigger issue was that when I got home, I realized my suede belt was missing. I called the store, and the employees said they would check thoroughly and speak with the manager, since she was the one who had gone through my items. One of the sales associates even asked the manager to call me, but she refused. When I eventually spoke with the manager, she denied ever seeing the belt with my jacket and skirt and simply said she was sorry, without offering any effort to investigate further or resolve the situation. I'm extremely disappointed--not only were none of my items accepted, but one of my belongings was lost, and the customer service afterward was very poor. Based on this experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this store.

Edit: they offered to buy one mint condition designer item for $150, which would have sold for $900 retail second-hand. I turned around and sold it to Oliver Jewelry the next day for $550. The service here is really good…read more The staff here will cheerfully find sizes, colours and styles, and help you find something to fit and feel good. They are super helpful. I sometimes feel bad that we will try on so many clothes but the store staff is just so kind and cheerful and accomodating. The store is well stocked, the clothes are well made, and this store carries a wide range of sizes, but if you can't find the colour or size in stock, you can quickly order it online and have it delivered to the store. When I do this, I go to pick up my parcel and then quickly try it on and return it immediately if it's not right. Also, the sales are quite good, so watch for them. Also, if you join their rewards club, you get coupons for decent discounts several times a year.
