I called to inquire about fine cigars for my husband's private party of 218 gentlemen, but I never made it to inquire about this as the person who answered the phone was THE rudest, most off-putting, unprofessional person I've ever spoken with at ANY business. How businesses like this stay open is beyond me. This person just lost what would have been at least a $4,000.00 sale. read more

I had previously given a really high rating, however, after waiting over a week for products, the owner still has me waiting. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Too bad. Friendly service and good prices won't make me wait forever. I made it clear that I needed these things ASAP and I just got told to wait longer. No can do. I won't be back in this store. read more
