Stormys has been my go-to store since I started vaping, approximately 4 years ago. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the day I bought my vape I quit. Haven't smoked in years. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Everybody in the store is friendly, helpful, they know me and usually have my things I'm buying together before I can even ask. I am very new to vaping, so I was very nervous about going into a shop and not knowing what to look for. Luckily, the staff is very knowledgable and did not make me feel awkward or ignorant when I asked questions. Tim helped me find a battery(Eleaf iStick 50w) and a tank(Kanger subtank mini), and another gentleman helped me set it up. I am in love with the new setup! The vapor bar is very diverse and they carry a wide selection of juice and supplies. Everything is 100% authentic. Matt and Eli knew exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't. They told me, in non-vaper terms (because I'm fairly new to vaping) exactly how care for my device. I Lost my variable voltage battery while traveling, and sometimes you don't know what your going to get with a vapor shop. They were a pleaser. It's always good to see a shop with knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Wish I lived closer. read more

One star for taking the time to help me find a product that would work for me. I had a general idea of what I needed when I went there. I needed a device that could handle running high vegetable glycerin through it because I have a sensitivity to propylene glycol. However that is as far as the stars on this review will go. 4/20 Monday 6 pm bought KangerTech sub ohm tank and Eleaf I-stick 50w battery. 4/21 Tuesday 12:30pm called stormy vapor cellar because first coil died after 12 hours of vaping. I was told it was normal for the coil to die so quickly. - replaced coil (1 pm) 4/23 Thursday second coil died. Lasted 2 days. Called them on the phone I was told to come in and they would show me how to build the RBA. They wicked the first RBA. I went through the 2 manufacture coils that came with the KangerTech sub ohm tank in 3 days. I was running manufactured coils between 15-18 watts. Store clerk told me the coils were burning because I was running the battery too low. I ran the battery that low to avoid the heat. 4/26 Sunday: I had to re wick coil because of burnt taste. Built 2 coils RBA because of burnt taste in first RBA. I ran the RBAs at 22 watts. The store clerk suggested this wattage when he built first RBA. I went through 4 coils in one week. 4/27 Monday: 6pm Went to the store told the employee the problems I was having with the device. 1) Battery goes from half to dead. Had to charge battery 3x in one week. 2) changed coils 4x in one week. He told me it sounded like the battery was defective and they would replace it for me if I came back with my receipt. 4/28 Tuesday: Brought my receipt and battery back. The employee got on the phone with whom I can only assume was the owner of the store and spoke with them for 15 minutes. He then told me that they would have to test the battery to see what was wrong with it. I left the battery at the store so that they could test it all of Wednesday. I had just charged it to full that day because it had died on me again. 4/30 Thursday: Picked up battery at 4pm. I was told there was nothing wrong with the battery. That night it went from half battery to dead. Before buying, I was told the battery would last 4 days. 5/1 Friday: I was planning on heading back to Stormy's Vapor Cellar to let them know that there was definitely something wrong with the battery. But first I headed to a different vapor shop in town which has asked to remain nameless for the sake of this review. I told them of all the problems I was having with the Eleaf I-stick 50w that I purchased at Stormy's Vapor Cellar. They told me it sounded like the second cell in the battery was not working and that is why it continually died at half charge. They could not believe the run-around that Stormy's Vapor Cellar was making me go through. This other vapor shop gave me an Eleaf I-stick 50w from their own stock and took the defective one I had bought at Stormy's. I will never shop at Stormy's Vapor Cellar again. read more

First time in this business and first time shopper for vaping. After being skipped over forever, I asked for a specific piece of equipment. The "salesperson" said they were out and immediately started talking to a friend or someone he knew behind me. I could have potentially been sold something else, but was not given the opportunity. Poor attention to customer as they walk through the door. The selection of products was poor and outdated. There juice selection was shotty and the product was disappointing. The hype surrounding the shops is false. Prices where outrageous. We aren't in a massive metropolitan area, so what makes you think to charge prices so high. It's rude and disrespectful to the customers if you are reading this and don't want to be ripped off try a different shop now. Get back in your car and drive away. read more

OMG went in to this place and it is the worst place I have ever been too I was in there 45 min and no one even talked to me and then when the person did they were rude and had horrible customer service skills prices were very high on everything just overall a horrible experience read more
