They then send you a quote, you accept it, sign it, pay and a few days before your event they make sure the details for your event are correct. The day of they were at the venue delivering at the time they had put on their contract, and I truly appreciate them picking up the heaters even after they had closed! I searched far and wide, and called all around Santa Barbara on the hunt for a chocolate fountain. I was insistent not to give in since I had the grand idea to feature a "Make Your Own Hot Chocolate Fountain bar" at my 2019 Holiday December Winter WonderGLAM End of the Year Yelp Event. Thankfully I found Just 4 Fun Party Rentals ("J4F") on Yelp and Michelle answered the phone super enthusiastically. J4F had my Chocolate Fountain for a decent price. I booked it for my event a week out and when I came by the morning of, it was clean, wrapped and ready to party. After the fact, I realized that I should have rented two large thermoses for hot milk as part of the hot cocoa bar. Michelle had two available and was able to add them to the reservation easily. Michelle provided me with an instruction sheet on how to use the fountain, and a super helpful YouTube video. However, I could have benefited from more direction on how to dissesemble and clean the fountain after the event. Otherwise, it was a great business transaction! A few things to note: -The rental contracts are electronic and easy to sign on your cell phone or computer. -J4F accept credit cards over the phone to place a hold on an item. -The parking lot is quite tight so keep that in mind if you drive a large vehicle. -Inside they have different color fabrics options for table covers and such. -Their hours aren't super odd and many weekdays they are closed since events are mostly on the weekends. -Lastly, if you call and they don't answer, leave a message and Michelle will promptly return your call. It is a big warehouse and they may not be near the office phone. I know who to contact if I have another big event requiring party rental equipment. read more
