Cheers Event Rental was great to work with for a recent wedding. They were quick to respond and, even though I made some last minute changes, they were very accommodating. Also, the quality of their padded chairs was great and linens were in good shape with no stains. We did high top tables with stretch linens. Very responsive, especially to texts at any hour. This is very reassuring when under the gun to get a dinner for 25 people successfully served. They brought the chairs and tables as scheduled and contacted us ahead of time. The chairs were clean, comfortable, and sturdy. Same with the tables and linens. They also picked up on time, went thru the inventory list so there were no erroneous charges. My only gripe is that I was told on the phone that the Chill n Fill would come with ice. We had to send somebody out to get the ice; a minor hassle. I'm just glad I had somebody to send as I was in the midst of heating food, putting out place settings and kicking people out of my kitchen lol. If not for the ice gripe I'd have given 5 stars. I highly recommend this business. Jessica knows what she's doing and two things: 1) the wedding we attended the next day would have gone more smoothly if they'd have used Cheers, and 2) the wedding planner they hired was lame. Cheers provided us with five star service from beginning to end. They were both professional and personal. They were easy to work with, helpful with suggestions, and spot on with both delivery and breakdown of all rental items. The 18 full length white table clothes were delivered individually wrapped as though they had just come from the dry cleaners. The 150 padded white ceremony chairs were set up, broken down, quickly and quietly with ease and speed. The water table-PERFECT!! The water table was beautifully done. Three different flavored waters were both delicious and decorative. The umbrella at the table kept the water out of the sun so that it could remain refreshing. Cheers went above and beyond by selecting fruit from the waters to make the flower girl a cup of all her favorite fruits! This was a tremendous help in keeping the 2 year old flower girl happy and occupied!! My only regret is that we didn't use their wedding coordinator service- we wish we had!
