I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with for our leap day wedding! Jessica and her team were extremely professional, thorough, and detailed. From the wedding planning process to the wedding day, cheers events handled our rentals and coordinating services. I highly recommend their ramen bar for a late night snack, our guests loved it!!!

Cheers is so much MORE than a rental company. Jessica is a seasoned professional with an extreme depth of knowledge in event planning; so not only did we receive high-quality, BEAUTIFUL rentals, we gained the benefit of her many years of experience and knowledge. Pricing is extremely competitive, delivery/pick-up were precise and our rentals -- tables, chairs, linens, umbrellas, "Chill & Fill" ice tables, pop-up tent, etc. -- were all in impeccable condition. We also contracted for 2 staff members to help on our event day for set-up, serving, refreshing and clean-up. Both helpers were OUTSTANDING -- professional and friendly. We highly recommend CHEERS and will definitely seek their help for our next event.

Jessica is Amazing! She really goes above and beyond. I originally reached out for rentals for my wedding but ended up hiring Jessica as my wedding coordinator as well. She's the best ! My wedding day went so smooth thanks to her and her team.

TLDR: We paid thousands to have our day filled with stress and mismanagement at every turn…read more Specific photos were missed, rings were missing, and ZERO coordination was done. We also hired their florist who was overwhelmed, overpromised and underdelivered and needed extra help. Three Sisters was the most disappointing and frustrating vendor in every sense. Would rate 0 stars if could. Stay away. We were assured on every call, "We just want you to relax and not worry about anything on your big day. We got this." It was surprising to hear at the rehearsal that "We aren't allowed on site until noon." The bride and bridesmaids were arriving at 9am. "The photographer is coming at 11am," we said. "Oh, they're the exception." We asked the event site coordinator who said they could've been there at 9am with us. We hired Three Sisters for the primary purpose of making sure the bride's stepmother did not interfere with any of the activities. This was repeated ad nauseum on every pre-planning call and stressed repeatedly. Within minutes of her arriving (and the groom saying, "That's her.") she had already made it into the bridal suite (where there was no coordinator at any time in the day assisting with all the logistics. When asked the coordinators said, "we are overwhelmed." The rings were not present immediately before the ceremony. The groom noticed last minute. Christina shrugged. She had been told where they were in the morning and forgot. They did not exchange contact information or start a group chat with the venue coordinators when one was asked to call our coordinator and ask where they were. A bridesmaid had to run up on a golf cart to get them. There was never any coordinator around when ANY photos were being taken despite them providing all our photo pairings and shot list as asked. Many photos were missed completely. At post-ceremony photos, family members left the ceremony site. We looked at each other and realized we had coordinators to help. Christina was cleaning between chairs. The groom explained to her to arrange the next group of family members the subsequent set behind them. Like a coordinator should be doing. There was no bouquet for the toss nor a coordinator anywhere to be found. The photographer had to take flowers out of a vase on the table. The flowers were sparse and did not match the pictures of inspiration provided. The bridal bouquet was tiny and had roses despite asking and told that ranunculus was available. The groom asked for sage and was given the eucalyptus he did not want. We said "lush." The sweetheart table to be covered, and you could see our legs and if we dropped food or silverware. The five beams cost $1800 to have a single strand of thin ivy wrapped around them. It looked like a string of Xmas lights. Heather helped her florist sister all day rather than focus on events. At one point they drove by on a golf cart and asked the groom, "Have they found the missing bouquet?" That is something he needs to worry about? During the middle of our dinner walked to our table to ask, "Are you mad at me?" Heather sent some staff off to eat off site bc "I forget who on my team has food allergies" despite us asking specifically being told none. Staff left on our dime. Uber Eats also would've been a better option. They asked the father of the bride for his speech (so he could "relax") and then lost it so we had to track it down. When the bridal processional started, the quartet played for 30 seconds before the gates were opened. Christina kept asking the bride if she was ready and she replied "Yes" three times while Christina just stared back but did not open the gates until the father of the bride had to sternly tell her to. This was the most awful and stressful experience and at no point in the day was anything coordinated. It was just made more complicated. We could've handled all the above had we known it was our responsibility. Instead, we TRUSTED them to take care of everything, and they blew it. It should be noted in response to the above they replied in email that not all of it was their fault. They would send us a follow-up email explaining what was not. That has still not been received but should be no surprise.

We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

We held our wedding at Walnut Grove and it was clear that Emily knew what she was doing, especially at that venue! I am definitely a more anxious bride and had many questions, emails, texts. Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether. On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people! On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions. We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. From the very first phone call, I felt completely comfortable and assured that she would be the right fit for my then-Fiance and I. This was further cemented when we had our walk-through with her at our venues a month before the big day, and all of my wedding jitters were calmed (as they were many times again in the future!). I'll give you a little background on my Husband and I - just so that you understand how accommodating and wondrous Katherine was. Many brides care about the details, but as a graphic designer & photographer, details are my middle name! I had quite an extensive list of to-do's and wanted things to look a certain way - so it was always my concern whether or not I would find THE person who could make that vision come true. On the other hand, my Fiance (like many grooms) was easy going and didn't even think about decorations. Regardless of our personal styles, Katherine was the best thing we decided on for our wedding day! She helped make our vision come true - and wowed my Husband, our families, and of course myself in the process. She not only managed the decorations but also kept track of vendor's schedules, oversaw final payments, organized the ceremony & reception setup and breakdown, and even fixed my unruly hair at the end of the night. She can do it all! The wedding day brought its hiccups (it happens!) but Katherine helped us make the best decisions to make it run smoothly. Our reception site served dinner incredibly late - which meant that our vendors were fed even later. Somehow even with this annoying setback, Katherine continued to work through the evening (with hardly any food people!) and we thank her tremendously for it. Tiffany was still available and helped us so much with booking vendors before the six months though so it did not feel like we just started being their clients at the 6 month mark. During our monthly phone calls, Tiffany was super detail oriented and made sure everything was being done on time. She provided really valuable insight and vision, helping with design, wedding flow, vendor requests, and infinite other items. Although we had our monthly calls, she was always available to us via text, email, and other calls if needed. She communicated with vendors on our behalf as well and made the whole process so much easier for us. On the wedding day, Tiffany and her team SHOWED UP. I cannot stress enough how much Tiffany and her team seamlessly and professionally ran the day. Throughout the planning process, Cari was friendly, responsive and seemed genuinely invested in helping everything go smoothly. We felt confident and supported in the few weeks before the event. However, one of the biggest issues was regarding the deposit. I was sent Zelle information from Cari which is where the deposit was sent. I had informed Cari when the deposit was submitted but the next day received many frantic calls and emails from her stating her email was hacked and it was not where the deposit needed to go. She apologized and reassured this had never happened before, but instead of taking accountability it felt that she was blaming me for her information not being secure. I had informed her I would wait until my bank got back to me about the payment refund to submit the remaining balance, but instead I was sent an email that she would need to cancel our date due to the deposit not being paid in time. After reaching out to her she explained because she had not heard back or received payment, that she would need to cancel. I thought it was odd considering the situation, and thought she would give us some grace with the deposit. Regardless, I unfortunately sent an additional payment that same day to keep our scheduled date. We never got the deposit back. Unfortunately, our experience on the wedding day did not meet the expectations that had been set. Several details that we discussed beforehand were either missed or not executed as planned, which resulted in added stress for us and our families. The ceremony walk through was The largest complication for me was that the vendor list did not have the correct address to the venue. This would have been fine, however Cari also went to a different venue making her set up time later than expected. We arrived 30 minutes later than expected to cocktail hour and I was not made aware of the address issue until we arrived at the parking lot of our venue and my sister and photographer were at the wrong venue. When I called Cari her response to me was "Yeah, I also went to the wrong address. But I did send you guys the vendor list to confirm the address". We had many meetings regarding venue and set up and she was in contact with the venue coordinator as well, so I acknowledge that we should have corrected the address on the email, but we assumed it was correct since we discussed drop-off locations and initial conversations being at the correct address. We also thought if she knew it was the wrong address, we would have loved her to reach out to everyone and explain the mistake immediately so that no one else would also be late. She had also recommended we move our cocktail up sooner for the flow of the ceremony to reception dinner, so we moved from 6-7pm to 5-6pm. We also had an additional person available for table set up with the venue reserved, and when asked Cari confirmed we would not need the additional help so we cancelled this option. On the day of, we arrived 30 minutes later than expected to cocktail hour with her still setting up. According to our guests that arrived on time, nothing was ready when they got there. After 15 minutes since arriving, the table set up was incorrect, the seating chart was laid out flat on a table due to wind, people were sitting inside at their tables already, no music playing, the outdoor lay out was incorrect, and our photographer was at a different location. Another thing to note was that there was no conversation on how the cocktail and other tables were to be set up so I had sent photos for reference just in case the week before. I was a little disappointed that these little details were not confirmed in advance. Afterwards, there were also other minor issues that could have been avoided with better planning as well, but these were the bigger issues. It was unfortunate to hear from my friends and family that they noticed these issues as well, and were checking in on how I was feeling throughout the reception, which is not something you want your guests to notice. We found ourselves addressing issues that we expected would have been managed by Cari taking away from our ability to fully enjoy the day. Her start time was not until the afternoon as well, so the morning was open to confirming and finalizing details if needed. While we appreciate the effort and professionalism shown during the planning stages, the day-of coordination itself fell short of what we anticipated. Ultimately we were disappointed that the execution did not match the level of preparation and confidence established beforehand. We also did not hear from her afterwards until one week later after I reached out to confirm our certificate was submitted (she offered to do). A sincere apology would have been appreciated. I hope this feedback is helpful for future couples and provides an opportunity for improvement for Cari and her team.
