This was a fantastic car service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was nervous about trying to navigate all the way from Heathrow to our hotel in central London while also not having to pay an arm and a leg. I didn't want to hassle with trains/the underground with tons of bags and potential pit pockets as well as trying to figure out the routes. Taxis also made me nervous because even though they should take credit cards, I read some horror stories about them not doing so and didn't want to have to worry about having that much cash on hand. There was also no way I'd rent a car and try to drive into London. I read positive reviews about Just Airports online and the rate seemed really reasonable compared to Uber or a taxi so I booked them for my ride to and from Heathrow. I was a bit worried having never used a car service from an airport how pick up/drop off would be if flight times changed or getting through customs/passport control took to long, etc. However everything went completely smoothly! We landed early into Heathrow but our pickup was there and he got us right to our destination! At the end of our trip, we left our hotel and our driver was already waiting to take us to the airport. The doorman said he was even there a little earlier then our pick up time which was really nice to know. The prices were great and it was nice to have everything paid for ahead of time so that we could just sit back and relax once we were actually on the trip. It's as easy as putting your flight number and landing time as well as your drop off/pick up point if having them get you at your hotel and then you just pay ahead of time! Booked a ride with Justairports from Heathrow Airport. They charged my credit card but when the driver arrived at the airport he claimed that I was a "cash" customer and had to pay in cash. I told him I had already paid in credit, showed him the charge posted in my credit card account, and he called the company to verify. We went back and forth for a while over the phone and the company claimed that they didn't receive my credit payment even though on my statement it says $86 was billed to my credit card already. I ended up paying cash and the driver assured me that he had told the company to refund my payment........ Well, of frigging course they didn't refund my payment. Basically they double charged me - charged my credit card after receiving my cash already. I had to resort to disputing the charge on my credit card. With all the other limo services available in the UK, I would stay away from these possible scammers. They seem to prey on those under the duress of needing a ride at the airport. read more

I had an early morning flight out of Heathrow and was nervous about taking mass transit at that time. Based off a few reviews/suggestions, I decided to go with Just Airports. For less than 30 pounds we had door to door drop off, which I felt was worth the expense. The driver was actually a bit early and the overall experience was good. Transport from central London to Gatwick was comfortable and on time. Booked the night before and price was half what Uber or taxis were charging. I see they have some bad reviews but it mostly involved confusion at the Airport. If you know your meeting place you should be ok. read more

I booked and waited for the email confirmation that was supposed to come within 2 hours - nothing. I sent an email asking for details of the pickup - nothing. I sent a second email and got no response. I then sent two emails cancelling the service. When I arrived, I happened to spot the driver waiting for me (by chance). I decided to use the service rather than try and dispute the credit card charge. The only good thing was the driver - professional, courteous and friendly. But I wouldn't use the service again - crappy responsiveness. read more

I booked and paid for my shuttle from Heathrow airport to my hotel in central London. I provided my flight number and estimated time of arrival. We arrived about 40 minutes earlier then scheduled and waited an hour for our driver to arrive. I had to call to confirm our pickup. When we got to the hotel, our driver informed me that I had to pay an additional 10L. I will never use this agency again. read more

Easy online booking with good discount if you choose cash payment. You can also pre pay with credit card. Of course for the solo young travelers with little luggage you can't beat the tube. Was left stranded at Luton Airport at 1:25am in winter after they didn't turn up. The controller just said the driver wasn't answering his phone and I'd need to find some other way home. That was it. I'd used them a few times without issues in the past but the whole point of an airport cab firm is that they turn up on time every single time. These guys didn't even turn up at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HIDDEN CHARGES, FILTHY CARS, RUDE STAFF. I have used airport transfer companies worldwide and have never been so disappointed. Landing early after a long haul flight with a tired toddler we had two possible routes home - 2.5hrs in almost stationary traffic (an accident during rush hour had been reported on the A406) or 1hr around the M25. We were told the driver was not willing to take the quickest route unless we paid an extra £25, cash. We spoke to two members of staff in the office (one of whom claimed to be the manager) who were both extremely rude, aggressive and totally disorganized - unable to even locate our booking and then unwilling to explain why a quicker and more fuel-efficient route warranted such a huge hidden charge; 'That's just the way it is, your problem, not mine' shouted the "manager" before hanging up the phone. At no point in any piece of confirmation was a cost per-mile policy outlined, and the companies website itself falsely states 'We are transparent in our pricing and pride ourselves on only charging the amount mutually agreed in advance without any unwanted surprises' Cars and child-seats were dirty and smelt of cigarette smoke. Very hard to believe how this company is even in business. Never again. read more

I booked this cab company to take us to Paddington. Despite giving my mobile number and address, I had to call them when they didn't arrive the next morning and the informed me that the hadn't taken down the house number and also had written down my mobile number incorrectly. We were then taken to Paddington train station by a female driver who was answering her mobile whilst driving and showing us pictures of a cake on Facebook at the same time as joining the A40! I used this company on Christmas morning, at 8 AM in the morning. All of public transport is shut down on Christmas day; taxis and transfer buses charge a premium for transport. I didn't want to take a chance on an uber, so I booked with Just Airports. The dispatcher assured me their company specializes in airport transfers and are extremely reliable. The driver arrived a few minutes early, very professional and helped us loading our considerable amount of luggage. The car was a newer model and very clean. They monitored my flight and were waiting. I'm sorry that recent reviews have not been good. We live in San Francisco and use this taxi service for both the trip from Heathrow to the hotel and from the hotel to Heathrow. We are a large family (2 adults, 3 young children) and so needed booster chairs for two of the children which they provided. The drivers were courteous and punctual. If you offer to pay by cash, as opposed to credit cards, they offer a significant financial discount. Highly recommended and would use them again. read more

Our friendly and knowledgeable driver, Arashad, was there waiting for us and for the next 45 minutes we felt like we had a private tour of the city. Our experience with Just Airports was very mixed. We booked round-trip service for a trip to London. We selected this company, because they had car seats available. Our pick-up at Heathrow went great. The drive was waiting for us at arrivals despite a delayed flight. The car was comfortable, and the car seats were clean and installed properly. Our trip back to the airport did not go as well. The driver could not find our flat and then took a route to the airport that resulted in a drive that took over 30 minutes longer than Google maps' estimated travel time. And the car seats were very worn and not installed properly. read more

We have used Just Airports since 2009. The drivers have always been prompt and courteous, cars clean and overall service good. Unfortunately the last few times we have used them there has been a noticeable shift in service quality. The cars are looking more run down, inside and out and drivers less amicable. Our last trip was a pickup from Gatwick to travel back into London. The driver was late (10-15 minutes) which is fine. Perhaps he got delayed in the parking deck, however when we found him with our name placard, he offered no greeting or real communication, he simply started walking towards the exit. When we got to the car in the parking deck and entered it we were overwhelmed with the waft of body odour permeating from the car and our driver. It was so strong that we had to ride with the windows down for the duration of the ride. This was made worse by the fact that the driver took all B and side roads back into the city rather than the highway. I checked my own various travel apps, gps, etc to see why he choose the route that he did and saw no congestion or delays. When I asked why we were going the long way back he offered no response other than an unintelligible muttering. When we arrived at our destination the driver did help unload the luggage which was some consolation. There's enough competition out there for these services and as a result will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I had terrible service. I booked online from my phone which was quite difficult. A user friendly app would help considerably in this process. I had to get my mother to Heathrow to return to New Zealand. She was quite nervous about travelling alone and getting there on time. The booking took and signed off complete and the payment was deducted from my credit card immediately. I had a notification to say I would receive an email confirmation but it never came so half an hour before the car was due I phoned to check. They claimed my booking wasn't made as the postcode had been incomplete. I disputed this as the form signed off complete and payment was taken. They agreed to send a car and a new time was agreed. The car never showed and I had to phone back three times, twenty minutes later than confirmed and was then told the car was still twenty minutes away. I had to take a black cab at considerable cost to get Mum there on time. It then took over a week and several frustrating calls to get my money refunded. I do not recommend. Disorganised, dishonest, and rude. read more
