My experience with just Auto. Was absolutely deceiving.. and dishonest. when I opened the policy I informed the agent (Naomi). That I would be adding my wife as a driver.. because my wife was not present. I was told to just bring a copy of her DL. Along with a copy of our marriage certificate. Later and it would not be a problem to add her. When I did come back. With the documents. I was then told that it would be an additional$100.00. to add her. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Great customer service by Melissa, she definitely works really fast pace to get you out and going and is straight forward with it. I didnt even have to go down to the office either, Melissa helped me over the phone and it was done within seconds, signed all my paperwork via email and you can get your proof mailed to you but I chose to go and pick up my proof of insurance, so I would most likely recommend speaking with Melissa for sure! My experience with just auto was very unprofessional. I was at the dealership buying a new car and was purchasing auto insurance through the phone with Naomi, and in the middle of the transaction Naomi takes a lunch break without informing me she would be leaving, and it was after she charged my debit card for money, leaving me with no opportunity to call another insurance company. I was waiting for paperwork to be emailed over to me to present to the car salesman, and I had sit at the car lot of over 40 minutes waiting trying to get back in contact with her unaware of what was going on. Once I did get ahold of another agent I experienced another rude experience with him as he showed little interested in helping me resulting in me having to call the office back 3 times to complete my transaction. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this service to anyone!!! read more

Worse insurance place I've ever been to the people there are so rude I am going to cancel my policy first thing in the morning. They have my name wrong on the policy I've called multiple times about this and til this day they still don't fix it! I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hanged up and called back and they hanged up on me! Called again and no answe clearly they have caller id so I'm 99.9% sure they just weren't answering my calls. DON'T GO HERE if I can give no star I would. read more

In serious need of customer service training. My father has his policy here, has never in his life made a late payment for anything, walks in to make his payment only to be informed his policy was cancelled due to late payment. Apparently they changed his payment date for whatever unknown reason and then claimed he made a late payment, cancelled his policy, and charged a reinstatement fee. To top it off, he makes his payment in cash, was supposed to be given 3.72 change and the female takes it upon herself to round off and only return $3.00. When he said she shorted him change she got angry and said she wasn't pocketing anything and all the $ goes to the company. She claims they don't usually have change, if that's the case, why accept cash payments? She should've asked if he had the .28 and not taken it upon herself to keep his change. It's not about the amount, it's about her dishonesty in not telling him and just giving him what SHE wanted in change. If they choose to keep the change of every person that makes a cash payment, I can only wonder how much extra $ they steal annually, because it's just a few cents and people tend to let that go. They need to be audited. Better Business Bureau here I come. read more

The first time the manager didn't even have the nerve to speak with me directly. The Agents never answer are able to answer direct questions. I have actually had good experiences with the girls here however there's an employee named CARLOS that was VERY rude as one of the reps was taking my payment he yelled across the room correcting her,I understand that employees sometimes don't always get along but yelling at her "I was helping her yesterday I already spoke with her!!" across the room is not professional I mean it's not like the payment was for his pocket...right? and when I asked for a copy of my receipt and previous payment information as well as details to the coverage of my plan, he began to yell at me too!!!! I didn't want him helping me today because yesterday I came he answered my questions in a very rude manner he actually had the office locked at 7pm when they CLEARLY they have that they close at 8.... I over heard him saying that management was gone for an emergency that just goes to show that "the rat likes to play when the cat is gone".Moving forward I will further review my options there are MANY insurance companies out there it's sad that businesses begin to fail because of one bad apple my mother,my sister and my mother in law all have accounts here and will soon close theirs as well I just hope karma gets him back for yelling at the poor girl he got very lucky that I was alone and my partner was not present I'm afraid things could've gotten out of hand VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE read more
