I went in to make a monthly payment yesterday and spoke with Daniela Gamez. She assisted me in taking my payment but then told me my policy had cancelled due to non payment . I already knew I was late but I didn't think it was cancelled. I told her I needed insurance and her manager David Salazar came over and offered me a great deal. For a few bucks more I was able to get a new policy and didn't have to pay a large down payment again. David the manager really helped me out in that part. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was well taken care of by the agents and the manager. I even felt like staying and hanging out with them because there was such a good vibe in the office. Today I came to Freeway insurance and right away when you walk in the office they greet you with a friendly smile and they make you feel so comfortable.
