I was really struggling with my mental health, energy levels and just feeling comfortable in my own skin. I have/had been in traditional therapy for over 20 years and things just seemed to be stuck for me. I took the advice of a dear friend to try just meeting with Nicole and being open to whatever she had to offer. I could not be more thankful. Nicole helped me on a path I never could have dreamed I would be on. After only a few sessions (long distance even) I have seen an incredible and indescribable difference in my daily life and myself. Nicole led me on this journey to self healing, discovery and joy that I didn't know was possible. When I say she changed my life it's an understatement. Having been plagued for several years with incredible depression due to health issues, I am now happier and more at peace than I've ever been. I feel a sense of calm, and TRUE joy every single day. Whenever I have the slightest bit of yuck going on in my life, I contact her and we meet again. She is excellent in healing, she obviously wants you healed and isn't seeking to just have a repeat customer. She is nothing short of a life saver. I was a bit skeptical of the energy healing stuff at first. But after my first session with Nicole, I am not hooked for life. Our services include reiki, energy clearing, mindfulness, life coaching, crystal healing, tarot cards and workshops. All services are virtual and involve discussing your needs, a personalized guided meditation and a clearing session. We end the session with a discussion about the experience and an energy reading and evaluation of your energy body. Clients see me to support their energy for physical, emotional and spiritual topics. I sell crystals, energy crystal bracelets and I even cleanse and prepare the crystals so they are ready for you to use. We also provide insurance receipts under naturotherapy for qualifying services. Established in 2017.

I am a practicing energy practitioner of 8 years and formally started my business in 2017. Previously to this business I had a 15 year career in corporate business and I have an interest in psychology, life coach, energy work, meditation and tarot. I have been featured in Montreal Breakfast Television and in an Amazon Prime Documentary the overly emotional child. My clients are local, nation wide (Canada) in the US, Australia, New Zealand and from India. They enjoy the sessions and the benefits they get from a personalized reading of their energy to address their topics. I am blessed to have donated my reiki services as the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre and do a variety of workshops in the WestIsland and online. You can find my workshops at Energie EnCorps, Huddol and local community groups. My studies include: *reiki and energy medicine training 100hrs *pro crystal healing *life coaching *natrotherapy training I can offer insurance reciepts for naturotherapy.
