Well it is but the dress that was supposed to be 'perfect' wasn't shaped like me. I was so committed to the image of myself in that dress, that I sought out the services of a dressmaker. I took my 'too short in the torso, too long in the hip' body off to Lilyn and asked her to help. The pins that jutted from between her teeth were stitched onto me in a flash and despite a few 'oohs' and 'aahs' about the technicality of the job, she was sure she could help. It took a week or so to get the finished product but I was delighted with the results. At around $85 for the alteration it was a big investment but I feel so much better about the fit of the dress now. Highly recommended.

I recently visited her gorgeous little shop in Paddington with a close friend who is a bride to be and i was really impressed with the experience. Helen herself looked after my friend, helping her try the different styles and discussing options in styles, fabrics and cuts. At one stage she happily obliged with pulling down a manican so my friend could try the dress. She was attentive, helpful and friendly. Completely relaxed with us taking photos of the dresses so we could discuss them later. We went to a number of different stores but nowhere else was the service as good. Oh and the dresses are absolutely beautiful!

Julie found the perfect comfortable not too long dress and they began working on the adjustments to her fitting immediately. On Monday, just 2 days later, we picked up the dress and ready the fly out the next day to Queenstown NZ. Gladys is wonderful along with all of her sales staff on the floor. We just encountered a rude lady upstairs in the fitting area as we were picking up the dress who refused to tell us her name after I called her out on bad customer service. We had the expectation of trying on the dress one last inspection before signing anything or walking out. We had to repeat ourselves 3x that "yes we would like to try on the dress one final time...." This lady kept saying she wasn't the one who adjusted the dress. We didn't care about if she adjusted the dress or not. She's full of insecurities and her attitude started to escalate therefore I stopped it right there by asking her "when you applied for your job there should've been a level of good quality customer service, am I correct?" That is when she realized and she began to correct herself by calming down her selfish unprofessional attitude. She then gotten paranoid and called a sales lady to run up as if we had an issue with the dress. I clearly explained nothing is wrong w the dress. It was the lady who tried to rush us for signing the pickup form before final inspection is who we had a problem with. At the end of the day we give 2birds 5 stars for working so fast, efficiently, and professionally on the sales floor.

I purchased a bridal gown, 2 bridesmaid dresses and a junior bridesmaid dress from Two Birds Bridal in Wetherill Park on 9th February 2020. They seemed great to begin with, I thought I was going to receive my made to measure dresses and them end up my dream dresses but boy was I wrong. 3 weeks out from my wedding day I was at other bridal shops trying to find dresses for my big day all because Two Birds Bridal didn't produce the products I asked for and paid for. The quality was dreadful, the dresses weren't fitting correctly for made to measure dresses, they didn't even arrive with enough time to have them 'fixed' and appropriate enough to wear. There are so many brides out there who have experienced similar situations with this company. It seems they happily take soon to be brides money, but in return deliver horrible products and cause so much additional stress by waiting months before getting the dresses distributed from their 'designers' in China. I have since been to NCAT and managed to win the court case where Two Birds Bridal was ordered to pay me $7890, however they decided to put a dispute in. This dispute never went ahead as the company withdrew their application. I attempted to garnish their bank account - with no success and then paid for sheriffs to retrieve the money twice. But the owners changed their business name numerous times and are now claiming they know nothing about the debt being owed to me. Also take notice of the managers names listed with ASIC for Two Birds Bridal, you will find they post 5 star reviews here using their names stating how amazing their own business is and making out as though they purchase products regularly from the company they own. I am trying to get the word out there for future brides to be extremely careful and to read reviews both good and bad before putting any money down for bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses, especially at this particular bridal shop. Two Birds Bridal was ordered by NCAT to pay me and they are refusing to pay up! Nearly 2 years later and I am still fighting to get my money back. I will continue to fight until I receive what I am entitled to as per the NCAT court order of $7890.

Absolutely needless worry as, once we entered Man About Town Suit hire, David had him fitted, styled and all was simply 'tickety-boo'. David worked like a magician as he fitted, stylised and adjusted. The first thing we said as we left the shop was 'Wow; that was so easy' and that is why I am giving Man About Suit Hire five stars - the experience was painless and seamless. David was also generous and warm.

Albert got us all measured up and when he realized that my dad's pants would need hemming he hemmed them right there in front of us- for a RENTAL! Not only did he hem them immediately, he also ironed the entire tux. As if this was not already amazing customer service, he also picks up your rental from your hotel's concierge if your flight schedule is chaotic- for no extra charge! And wait, there is more. We were expecting to pay for a multi day rental as we picked up today (12/28) and need it for NYE. Nope. Just the flat fee for the tux. The price came out to be roughly $125 USD/person. This is comparable, if not cheaper, to what I would pay to rent a tux in D.C. for a wedding. The icing on the cake is that these tuxes are arguably better made than anything I have ever rented as a groomsmen. 10/10 would recommend Albert!
