Premier Travel Inn's have now replaced the bath towels with bath sheets so my only complaint has been resolved! Located just a few miles from Cheltenham town centre and also from the M5. The staff are very friendly and remember you from months previous. Breakfast served in the pub next door & is very good - ask for extra bacon, sausage etc. If you can't afford the Hotel on the Park stay here!

The brekkie set up is top shelf. Something for every rate I'll get. Give the extreme heatwave while I was there, it was most welcoming to walk into a lovely air conditioned lobby, bar, and room. Pause an ice cold beverage was a nice welcome too! Like I said, the hotel is in a perfect spot in town! Easy to get to lots of local things on foot, a short uber, or bus ride away! I'll definitely stay here again. Could not have asked for a better stay! Thank you.

It is a basic hotel, but its location is right downtown and is very central to most activities. The room provided a comfortable bed, good hanging space and mirrors, a large comfortable bed, TV, but no phones. The Bathroom is large and has a very deep tub/shower. The tub is slippery getting in or out. No wash cloths, and only 1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel for the two of us Free coffee and tea in room as well. The Inn provides a buffet breakfast for extra which we did not try. There are many eating places very close by. We were quite happy with our stay and encountered no problems. Would recommend.

There are guest rooms in the house, but I stayed in one of two chalets in their beautifully kept garden and it was really lovely. There was even a little patio outside it with table and chairs. Really charming. There is no off-street parking but I had no trouble finding parking a street away. The only feature the Alice Guest House lacks is a communal space where guests could relax and read a paper etc. but I understand that the owners plan to add this to the property in the very near future. I would be very happy to stay at the Alice if I return to Cheltenham in the future.

It is not cheap, but worth the extra if you can afford it. I have marked it as 4* only as there is traffic noise at the front - I stayed during racing when the hotel was full so I couldn't move. Ask for a room at the back, which I had previously, and it rates as 5*. Highly recommended.

We rented a two bedroom, which came with a kitchen and a small corner living room area. The apartments were clean. The kitchen had a small fridge, and a washer/dryer which is nice. The location however is very noisy. The bar/club noise and associated street noise did not settle down until 2pm. After this we had around a half an hour of a belligerent drunk pressing the intercom buttons and shaking the door. This place is probably fine if your a student out for a night. It wasn't well suited for a family in search of a quiet getaway.
