Called around for quotes for our cat. She had some matting on her belly and back legs. Everyone was quoting $130 to $70 and three to four weeks out. Teresa got us in less than a week. She asked that we come in early to avoid dogs which we preferred. She clipped her nails, cut the hair around her pads, shaved her underbelly (a perfect length, brushed out a couple of matts on her back legs, brushed out a bunch of hair and shave her behind as she a medium hair cat. She did a fabulous job. We were very impressed. She only charged $30 so we tipped her $10. Kitty was in and out in under 30 minutes. We will definitely be returning and referring people to this groomer. read more

We used to live in folsom but now live in downtown Sacramento and have no problem making the drive ever 8-10 weeks for this appointment. Even with my lack of knowledge of dog grooming vocabulary somehow Lynn has always managed to leave me (and my husband) 100% pleased with the few details I do ask for. She is efficient and the price point ($45 +tip) is perfect given my satisfaction each and every time. OMG what an amazing difference she made with just one bath for our large male Exotic (British Shorthair/Persian) cat. Really happy with the job they did today on my goldendoodle, I've taken him to a couple groomers and I think they have done the best job.

I was really excited to go to Lynn's to get my dog groomed after reading the good reviews. I walked into the store and there were two people working, neither were wearing a mask. I understand that it's a small shop but at least put on a mask when people walk in. Lynn was coughing everywhere and said 'don't worry it's not covid it's bronchitis'. Ummm I'm pretty sure bronchitis is contagious too but regardless coughing all over the store when it's state mandated to wear a mask isn't cool at all. Im 14 weeks pregnant and honestly should have just walked out. I stayed because my dog is long overdue for a groom and to get her nails trimmed. Lynn said that my dog didn't need her nails trimmed when she absolutely did. They did end up cutting the dogs nails and grooming her, nothing special though. My dog was there for about an hour and the $45 was definitely not worth the work done on her. Usually when I take my dog to get groomed she is there for 2-3 hours and gets much more done. Also my dog left smelling like the perfume Lynn was wearing and has smelled absolutely horrible for the past few days to the point where I need to wash her again myself, the gnarly and bad smell won't come off and my dog by no means smells clean. Super unimpressed with the place and the service. And NOT where to go if you're at all trying to be safe with covid or safe from sickness in general. Would not recommend this place and never going back. read more

I had high hopes for this pet groomer. It was time to get my cat shaved...yes, the lion cut. We are new to the area and were in search of a groomer. We found Lynn's through Yelp and thought we'd give her a try. Why 2 stars? (I was debating 1 star but he did not get hurt or anything so I'm going with 2) First I dropped my cat off at 8:30am and was told to not expect him until 3pm. I was a little surprised as at other groomers they only take 3-4 hours and then I can pick him up. Then when I called at 2pm and he was still "wet" I was told that he wouldn't be ready until 3:30pm. Poor guy! He hadn't eaten all day :( When I arrived he was still not ready and it wasn't until we got home that I noticed that his cut was done hastily. His mane was uneven with hair that had not even been trimmed as well as the fact that the shave did not go up far enough around his neck and there was some extra hair on his hind legs that I had to chase him around the house to cut off (I also ended up cutting his hair around his neck to even it out and not look so scraggly). My quote was $65 which is the same as what we paid in the SF Bay Area and she did say that she would only charged me $60 because "he was so good." I'm expecting that he'll need to go in again in September and I am back to square one seeking a reliable cat groomer. I will say however that she may cater more towards dogs - there were many being dropped off when we arrived and the dogs may mind it less spending the whole day at the groomer. read more

Ive taken my dog twice to her now and both times she did a great job ! He's a heavy goldendoodle and sometimes I neglect his haircut for longer than I should and she never complained about it - some other groomers would add more charges or complain his hair was too long. Her prices are very reasonable and she seems to enjoy what she does. read more

I've taken my dog Max to Lynn's twice now and I'm very happy with the service. Max is a border collie/jack Russell mix and he sheds a lot. After his cleanings, his coat is soft and fresh and he seems to go a month or so without shedding much. Lynn is affordably priced and even pretty cool about getting max in on short notice.
