I contacted Craig for a few repairs that needed to be done at my house. We needed the motors in all 3 bathroom fans to be changed out as well as the water valve repair underneath the sink in the bathroom. Craig answered my call and let me know when he will be available in the week. He followed up with me prior to his arrival. I have two small dogs and he was friendly with them, which is a plus! He got everything done within the estimated time, bought all the supplies needed from Home Depot & showed me the receipt. We called Craig after reading all his wonderful reviews on Yelp. He did not disappoint us! Very competent and knowledgeable. We had him do a number of items (replace a dimmer switch, redo a door stop in a hollow door that a previous person had messed up, drill new holes in our entertainment center). But the most challenging job was to rehang our laundry room door that goes to the outside correctly. At least 3 people have tried to get this door right (we have been slamming it to shut for 10 years), but Craig did it in 20 min. It closes beautifully now - no more noise. We couldn't believe it! Craig recently took care of a handful of repairs around our house including mounting a TV, building and replacing a wooden side yard gate, fixing our front door, and remounting a curtain rods that holds heavy weight. He did a GREAT job and made the whole experience painless. After completing the job, we realized that the side gate needed a self closing latch since we have a pool, so he came back another day just to take care of that - free of charge!!! We originally said we could do it, but he persisted that he wanted the job done right. Awesome customer service. We recently moved into a new home, which had never been renovated since it was built in 1983. There were numerous projects that we couldn't do ourselves, but which also didn't call for contractors. Enter Craig, who took care of so much! Some of the projects Craig did included replacing lighting fixtures; replacing smoke alarms; removing 13 large to very large mirrors (and he removed every one of them in one piece!); patching, mudding, texturing and otherwise repairing walls; building and installing windowsills; plumbing and electrical repairs; and so many other jobs I can't remember them all. In addition to having the skills to do so many different tasks, Craig was prompt, communicative, professional, and an all-around friendly guy - which really makes a difference when he is in your home for hours at a time on multiple days. He often had very practical suggestions for improvements (such as using smoke detectors with lithium batteries, so they wouldn't need replacing every year) and on top of everything, his prices were very reasonable.
