As I wait in the waiting area, I did noticed that they are lacking in customer service. One of their patient came out from her procedure and stood at the front desk while the receptionist kept her head down. The lady paced around the front desk for few minutes looking for something before the receptionist finally asked her what she's looking for. All lady wanted is a pen. Always acknowledge your customer or tell them, "I'll be right with you". I left them because I had similar incident. I went there to pay my bills and the receptionist did not acknowledge me, I stood in front of her for a good few minutes. Then I get a unhappy look from her and asked me "can I help you?".

My hygienist, Angie, was super friendly. It was the first time I've seen her, but she took the time to get to know me and checked in on my dental health. She has been the ONLY person that took her time putting fluoride on my teeth. While other hygienists have brushed it across my teeth quickly, Angie took the time to apply it to all sides of each tooth. The front desk was very friendly as well. No one can tell that my tooth was chipped. All cleanings, cavities have gone well. My kids also go here and they can be tricky since they don't like shots, etc and have had cavities. I still prefer to take them to a dentist who specializes in treating children, however, most kids would likely do fine in this dentist office.
