Never had a problem with a dental procedure here. Notice how none of the negative reviews for this dentist actually claim a negative reaction or a botched procedure, maybe people take it for granted but at least HALF of dentists in this country are scammers and mess up procedures habitually, so we're lucky to have a dentist this good. I felt at home since the beginning, which has done a lot to reduce any anxiety I had been having over the work to be done. The office is also technologically up to date with digital xrays, as an example. The doctor seems very savvy and knowledgeable, and is willing to offer good care suggestions and answer all my questions. The staff is very nice and professional at Smalltown! The hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. Aspen didn't explain anything to me, the dentist was very rude, and they didn't have a dental hygienist available to clean teeth! They also referred me to an endodontist and told them they suspected I needed two root canals. The dentist at Smalltown said I do not need root canals, that there is no issue requiring an endodontist to examine my teeth! I appreciate the kindness and honesty at Smalltown, and I will continue to go there.
