I went in with a tooth ache and they did x-rays stated I needed a filling…read more After the filling I was still in pain the next few days, I made an appointment with another dentist. They took x-rays due to the bad quality of the ones taken at Small-town Dental, which the fought releasing. The new dentist stated that I had an infection in the tooth that Small-town had filled. Even the bad quality original xray showed the infection which Small-town didn't notice. I immediately called Small-town and told them I wasn't paying the patient balance $1.76 after insurance payment due to having to go to another dentist the same week, who actually treated the issue. They have continued to let the outstanding balance accumulate interest to this day. I just received a notice of collection for almost $80. They refused to write off the $1.26 each time I've called and disputed charges due to a lack of treatment for what I went in for. This has been going on for over a year now
