I CONTACTED…read moreTHIS DUDE A MONTH AGO for 3 shirts for an occassion coming up...I paid the $75 deposit...and for days, then a couple of weeks, I kept getting told he was finishing ANOTHER job, but would promise to send me something by the end of THAT DAY- and THAT DAY was three different days with multiple days in between--UNTIL FINALLY, I said, just give me back my deposit - then he threatened me, after which he GHOSTED ME. I am a disabled Navy vet on a fixed income. I don't work. I took the time to draw what I wanted specifically for this special event coming up, sent my self-created custom design to this dude, was promised multiple times he would be sending me pics/updates/SOMETHING to look at, and I have nothing. Not even my deposit back. So, here I am, posting a review and I am filling out a cosumer complaint form to send to the Ohio Attorney General.

I know I should have got the agreement in writing. I thought because it was advertised as a Christian store I could trust her word. In addition, several of the t-shirts had the color bleeding through the design. She still charged me full price for the t-shirts. They were able to draft my design in 1 business day, I put that order in that day and had my shirts back in 2 days!!! I planned a family reunion for my family and we wanted t-shirts made for the reunion and since this was my first time doing this with getting the t-shirts made I was a little unsure on things. I felt as if he could have been more patient and less irritated when assisting me. The only reason I ended up purchasing the t-shirts there was because the price was reasonable but if I had more time to look elsewhere I don't think I would have went with them just because of the poor customer service. A customer shouldn't feel like a bother when they are purchasing something and that's exactly what I felt like. Although I liked the shirts if I find another place for next time then I will probably not go back to Art Tees. Not sure how they stay in business with poor customer service. I think a lot of places feel as if we HAVE to use their business but in reality there are so many competitors that we can find somewhere else to go to. It's really a shame that a lot of business lack good customer service.
