Mary is the owner, and she is exceptional at what she does. I searched all over for someone that sews on leather. M K is the only place in this area that does. Besides leather work, she does great embroidery. She takes pride in her work and her first priority is customer satisfaction. I had a short notice order that I needed done ASAP. Mary took my job home with her and completed it at home so I could go out of town the following day. That's going above and beyond! M K is located on the south side of a shared building on the access road of E. Dublin Granville Road. The building looks as though it's a converted house. The business sign is somewhat small, and easy to miss, drive slowly. The rates are very reasonable, she accepts checks, not sure about credit cards, and the turnaround time is fast. I'm almost 100% sure the shop is closed on Sundays. It's truly personalized service, every visit we analyze what I'm having done, get into deep conversations about life and current events. I swear it's like visiting family. I recommend M K Embroidery for all of your personalized gifts and leather work. What Mary can't create, she can find and order from her many catalogs.

They assured me this was no problem. When I picked up my shirts, I saw he failed to follow my directions. He never called me to tell me he could not follow my directions. He did whatever he wanted and ruined several shirts with horrible looking embroidery. To make it all worse, he was so glib, saying that is all "looked good to him." The stitching looks like he did it by hand and it's outside of lines. He kept blaming me for the customization that he agreed upon when I paid in full prior to service. No communication throughout and so many promises that was not delivered. Didn't give the refund even though he said he would via email.
