Given this background, I am naturally very keyed into observing every phase of an operation--from the administrative handling of the quotation to the actual performance of the work. The quotation process was effectively managed from the start. Emily, the estimator, spent the necessary time to fully understand exactly what I was looking for. She carefully surveyed the project and took extensive photographs, which resulted in a highly detailed, specific price quotation that left nothing out. While the final product was excellent, I do have a bit of constructive criticism regarding the quotation revisions. To avoid confusion, subsequent revisions to an original quote should be clearly documented with a revision number. Additionally, after the initial quote is delivered, subsequent documentation does not need to include the 35 pages of photos that accompanied the original. That said, the final quotation provided a very clear, detailed, and accurate estimate because Emily and the administrative team took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding materials and scheduling. The personnel assigned to the job--Andrew, Lorenzo, and Scott--demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I was most impressed by their detailed and thorough preparation prior to applying any paint or stain. Excellent preparation is the key to an excellent paint job, and absolutely no corners were cut here. Andrew was meticulous in ensuring that the pressure cleaning and sanding of the entire house exceeded my expectations, demonstrating just how dedicated he and the crew were to delivering a flawless result. Furthermore, the crew was incredibly respectful of both the property and my own observations. The final result beautifully reflects the superb work put into both the preparation and the application. Needless to say, I am thoroughly pleased with the transformation of my home and the wonderful work done by the Two Brothers Painting crew. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future, and they have my highest recommendation.

I also needed some carpentry work done, and I was fortunate because they employ their own carpenters. After the in-person consultation, the office staff provided me with a detailed and inclusive estimate which was very fair. The carpenters, Frank and Brian, arrived on the stated date and performed their part of the assignment quickly and flawlessly. Two weeks later, the painters, Andrew and Jose, arrived as stated n the contract. I can't say enough about the perfectionism of this duo. I had many cabinets and moldings requiring fine, detailed work. I've had a tremendous amount of work done in my home in the past, but their work was unparalleled. I was impressed with Andrew's building of an enclosed plastic room within my house to sand and spray the cabinets. There was never any dust or mess at the end of the day. It was honestly amazing. My cabinets are silky and look brand new. I pretty much knew what colors I wanted to use, but "Two Brothers" provides a color specialist who did make a house call. She gave me some good ideas, and if you don't know what colors to choose, she'd be great for someone who was undecided. Andrew and Jose completed my entire kitchen and back entry quickly and to perfection. Not only were they superb as painters, they were polite, unobtrusive and easy to work with. Kyle kept in constant contact leading up to the date we scheduled. On the morning of our service, Kyle showed up promptly and worked diligently to complete his task. Touted a reputable and insured company, I asked that they cover the plumber's bill and deductible on my homeowners via email to Kendra this morning. Ten minutes ago, Nate Levine called my office screaming at me and saying that he is not covering anything and that my pipe was moldy anyway......that the plumber's bill was crazy and the cost should have been $25.00. I hung up on him. Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional business owner whose employees (decent painters btw) have made an incurable mistake. Highly recommend anybody but Levine.

Lines were not sharp; door handles and locks were ruined from not being taped. Parts were quoted and never done - no refund on those pieces that weren't done. The supervisor had to come back on his day off and spent a good portion of his day fixing the parts we were not happy with. There were spots not caulked properly or not all. Sloppy, at best. The crew couldn't speak English, walked in on my son while he was in the bathroom and each worker just about blew out our plumbing every morning. Absolute nightmare. I have told as many people as possible not to use Levine and I have backed up my word with photos.
