After selecting the jewelry, I'm in the room with Elaine and everything was explained to me thoroughly. There was such a joyful warmth in how Elaine spoke that it completely relaxed me. A couple of deep breaths and I was expecting a pain level between 5-6 but believe it or not, it was like maybe a 1-2 and I think part of that is Elaine's experience with placement as well as her technique. The owner, Kevin, was extremely prompt and kind both during my initial reaching out and during my appointment. Albeit my tattoo was on the simple, small side, the fact that I was able to get it done in less than an hour with amazing results from Bobby was awesome!! Such a cool vibe inside the store and both Kevin and Bobby just want the customer to be absolutely stoked with their tattoo and it shows. I was a bit nervous and Shane was very reassuring. I can be a baby with pain and so Shane first pinched the area to numb it and it really wasn't bad at all. Stung for about 20 seconds! That afternoon I kept forgetting it was even there since no pain. I have some health issues so Shane was very good and patient about me standing up slowly from the chair and lying me down while doing the piercing so I wouldn't be dizzy. I was honestly more nervous about the possible dizziness than the piercing itself! 100% recommend!! Very reasonable pricing too but that was just a bonus. LOVE my stud!!! :)

He also had developed a piercing bump on the outside and inside of his nose. Unsure what to do, we went to see Peter for some help. His calm demeanor and wealth of knowledge helped us tremendously! Peter treated my son's nose and changed the jewelry. He even took the time to explain that we should slightly change the angle of the piercing for a better looking piercing in the future and more optimal healing g experience. He drained both bumps on the spot! We left feeling so much better and the piercing was on its way to better healing. He was quite clear in his healing instructions which we followed to a tee. My son's nose looks a million times better and feels a million times better. We still have healing in front of us but with Peter's support, there was night to day improvement in just 10 days. Needless to say to say we have been back several times since then. Took her in the other day to get her tragus pierced. She said it was her most painful piercing yet. We've only gotten pierced by Harry. I usually call now to make sure he's there because we really enjoy his energy. Always very kind and gentle as possible. He does a great job explaining after care and making sure you are comfortable before the piercing is done. He even showed my daughter how to reduce a keloid she developed from a previous piercing done elsewhere. It's a very laid back vibe there. Even the bathroom decor is well thought out.
