And it's honestly only maybe $20 more for a family of four one way vs. the Disney Shuttle/Mears, and you are taken directly to your hotel in a nice car. Why wouldn't I keep booking them? We initially chose them because they have free of charge car seats and booster seats upon request (and because I am not going to start my vacation waiting for a bus, then waiting on the bus while everyone else gets dropped before you). George has always picked us up at the luggage carousel and gets us where we need to be in an efficient and friendly manner. We used a different car service once, and we had to go looking for the driver because they were circling in the car (not parked and waiting). More stressful and I think it even cost more somehow? Even though my kid is technically old enough not to need a booster seat in Florida, she still small enough that she needs one for safety reasons, so I love that I don't have to think about it. We get to start our vacation off like VIPs in a quiet car, not smashed in yet another tiny seat with a million people after being on a plane all morning, or waiting in line for an uber. We love them and will never not book them!

From the get-go, George exemplified superior customer service. He was kind, responsive, and detailed. He reviewed our pickup and dropoff windows to make sure we planned accordingly for TSA, delays, etc., and this extra touch gave me great confidence in his company's abilities to provide top-notch service. Our arrival flight got delayed for 14 hours, and George was extra communicative throughout, texting and emailing that they were tracking our flight changes. When we finally landed the next day, exhausted and delirious after spending the night in the airport, his driver Erol was amazing, kind, and helpful in retrieving luggage. The Towncar itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect reprieve after a harrowing day and night of traveling. George himself picked us up for the departing flight, 15 minutes early to boot. He was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to as well, just like Erol. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the Orlando area. It can get pricey depending on the length of the trip you are booking, but the investment is worth the peace of mind, superior customer service, and pristine fleet of vehicles.

We were getting ready to turn off onto the Hwy 192 Melbourne exit in a long line of cars in the far right lane, all going just over 70 mph. I happened to look up in my rear-view mirror and at the very last second see this GGAH of a driver going well over 100 mph, zooming across all of the lanes, not using any particular lane - because at the speed he was driving and the amount of traffic, he couldn't stay in any one lane for more than a second or two - coming right at me from behind!!! I pulled hard right onto the shoulder and this GGAH missed our car by mere inches, then proceeded to jam on his brakes after narrowly avoiding impact with 3 other cars and then got jammed up behind an 18-wheeler in the middle lane, before finally crossing two lanes, and taking the same exit we all were. The traffic between the Palm Bay Road exits and the one for Hwy 192 was particularly heavy at that time, and all 3 lanes were pretty jammed up, especially around that last curve before 192. For ANY driver to be driving like that in that giant car with no control of his vehicle is a GGAH move, but for a transportation service to drive like such a complete and utter cunt (CAUC), that would put the lives of not just our entire family, but the lives of everyone around us at stake, makes this GGAH deserve to lose not only his license, but his company. Dear driver, kindly f*ck off, you GGAH. Dear owner of this business, if you weren't the driver of this car, you should find out who was and not only fire them, but sue the pants off of them for causing me to write this review. I suppose it's better than being taken to court for vehicular manslaughter, because ANY contact from that car with any other that day at such a high differential in speeds, would have resulted in a multiple-car accident from which there would have definitely been casualties, i.e. people. would. have. died. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid ever using this company, even if they are the very last company on earth, with the only working automobile, the only supply of gas, and the only ones allowed to use the roads. I would crawl over a mile of broken glass to NOT ever use this sh*tty excuse for a business. You would be better off trying to hitch a ride on a starving alligator, than try to arrive alive with this dipsh*t behind the wheel. If this review saves just one person's life, or saves one person from a lengthy hospital stay, then it will have been worth it. That extra cost was for drop off at our home address which is right off the interstate 95. They were late for the pickup from the Orlando airport but told us that we needed to be on time or call if any delays were expected. 15 min late, not a crime but definitely not helping the situation. Next, I was told by the driver that they don't do home drop offs and that they are only an airport to airport shuttle. Their website even says door to door! And then I proceeded to ask the driver, why do you have my address if you never intended on bringing us there? To put the icing on the cake, the driver then proceeded to say that we could have saved money by going to pre-determined drop off locations. That would of course imply that I paid more for a door to door drop off service that we were not in fact getting. Do not ever, ever, ever think about calling this company. Poor customer service, poor training for their dispatchers, and poor problem resolution. Be rest assured we are filing a complaint with the BBB.

The price was reasonable for a shuttle from our hotel to the cruise terminal (1.5miles away). This is where is went wrong: Our scheduled pick up time was 10:15AM. We were outside waiting for our driver before 10AM. Our driver was Bill (who I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend). Bill texted me at 10:08AM saying that he was our driver and would be 15 minutes late due to traffic in Orlando. At 10:30AM he then said he was 4 minutes away. At 10:40AM I had to ask again where he was and he said 1/2 a mile. He arrived 30 minutes late. Due to his tardiness I only tipped him $10, as the men in our group loaded the luggage and the men at the terminal unloaded the luggage. Bill then rudely texted me after dropping us off at the terminal. And ultimately he finished the conversation saying he's an independent contractor and I'm a "cheap SOB." See pictures below of messages. The van itself with the trailer for luggage was fine and served its purpose but Bill's tardiness and rudeness via text message following the ride was uncalled for. Prior to booking, reading reviews on this company made me hesitant to book but I tried anyways. I wouldn't book again for the fear of getting Bill as our driver. I've read other drivers as great though, so that's the gamble you take. Maybe the company can find someone better than Bill.
